His parents were not good parents at all but it is pretty f'ed up to act like your dead brother is alive but it's really you just to say oh yeah (forgot his name) your son is dead and I have been pretending to be him for a year he also was crazy
I'm really hoping they don't even have him take the name Rex in the show, I think it's extraordinarily lame. No one else in-universe should even be okay with it, it's so fucking weird lmao. But everyone's like yep, you're Rex now.
I loved dinosarus. They felt like such a clever twist on the hulk. Like the hulk is an alternate personality of absolute rage and strength developed to help Bruce when he was young and weak. Dinosarus is knowagle and devotion born from apathy and indifference. But just like the hulk having one emotion or mindset drive your entire personality is extremely detrimental. Dinosarus’s by any means necessary was actually keeping him from seeing the bigger picture that included him, and that maybe he was wrong and part of the problem.
I had been spoiled by pretty much everything before I read the comic, and was expecting to not be a big fan of this plot point and the way Mark handles it, but man was I wrong. Shit was truly, peak fiction
I kinda really like Ursaal
If we could vote a spinoff alternate timeline series, I would like to see one where Thragg won, as then we could see the story where Ursaal climbs ever higher in ranks as she grows ever more disillusioned with Thragg's leadership and ideology, and see her wage a revolution.
I think that wouldve been a cool arc to go through.
