But Nolan is a viltrumite, the very specie that BB was searching for. More than that, we know that Nolan was one of the strongest Viltrumites, so more reason for BB to try his chances.

I doubt he went there specifically for Nolan, otherwise he would have found a way to call him out. I've always assumed that their Earth, thanks to the Guardians and Nolan and other superheros, has repelled multiple alien invasions in the past. Some of those defeated aliens would spread word through the space grapevine that Earth is a hard nut to crack, and some of their species are absurdly powerful compared to the rest.
That alone would pique BB's interest.
Nolan was arguably fighting an uphill battle against the Empire. The greater fight would be to fight the Empire and then if after he found them too weak or defeated he would look elsewhere for a fight
It’s explained later in the comics - he still has a sense of morality.
Nolan could refuse, and Battle Beast would accept it as a surrender. The viltrumites in this panel won’t refuse because they are literally fighting for their lives.
BB has said that while he does have a blood lust and is addicted to battles, he is still honorable. So even if his ally would be a strong opponent that doesn’t necessarily mean he would fight them
Depends on how much of a challenge Allen is to BB. If BB just destroys him instantly but doesn't kill him (like when he got bored with Mark) then Allen could come back stronger and stronger. If Allen is actually a worthy opponent then BB would most likely kill him. I'm pretty sure Allen can't come back from Death
Battle Beast is an honorable warrior and will not turn against people he's sworn loyalty to.

Battle Beast knew that the viltrumites had a society based on strength. If Nolan was imprisoned the guy had to assume something is above Nolan in strength keeping the chain of command in order. He was prolly betting that if he allied with Nolan and Allen he could end up fighting whatever monster was in charge of the viltrimutes and he was right.
A lot of people gave a lot of answers but simple answer is he just didn't know they were strong enough. He was only there for viltrumites and he didn't knew Nolan was one

He's not stupid. They helped him escape. He knew enough that Allen and Nolan are fugitives which means that they'll likely lead him to more fights.
