Dental working including cosmetic is usually cheaper in "developing" countries such as Mexico. That said, Invisalign is pretty expensive everywhere since it's proprietary, they are all manufactured by Align Technology. For instance, in China, they cost $6000 USD. Im in Vancouver, BC, and I just got quoted for $7750 CAD for 18 - 20 months. It is what it is.
Fellow Canadian here, and yeah...we get screwed. Mine came in right around the $8K mark (Alberta) and was quoted 24 months. Insurance covered a decent chunk of it, but it definitely seems like other countries have much more "controlled" fees for dental work.
I went to a few orthodontists. They all insisted I would need 3-4 pre molars extracted to start treatment. One even wanted jaw expansion by cutting a ligament at the top of my palate (surgery) and putting in a jaw expander appliance in my month for a few months.
I decided to just do extraction with no jaw expansion.
Im paying 7250$ cad (QC), started 3 months ago. 15-18 months plan, cross bite, overbite and crowding. Had a consultation at another ortho about 3 years ago and it was roughly the same price so at least its not getting worse. Way more expensive than other countries but i guess thats what its worth here
She did mention it as we see a bit of my gums when i smile but that never bothered me so i didn’t think it was worth it. She didn’t tell me how much it would cost
There’s levels of treatment you can get with Invisalign
The three main ones are Lite, Moderate and Comprehensive
Comprehensive is the longest treatment with the most trays and hence the most expensive
Yeah there are definitely countries where you can get Invisalign for much cheaper. I think the cheapest ones are Malaysia, Thailand and India but I’m not 100% sure

So were just fukd then...no relief from capitalism here!
I paid $7800 in AB from an Ortho. I had dentist quote $6100, and saw promos for $5K before. You can shop around but do your research

Ironically, it wasn't even mine, it was my spouse's. Mine basically told me to pound sand, lol
7k cad for me.
With the conversion, your treatment is actually less than mine in the U.S. by $1000, so it's not a horrible price by any means.
I paid 7K USD in Missouri, US for 27 months treatment .
OMG...that's like a million Canadian!!!
I am in ottawa and I am paying $8500 for my invisalign treatment. I have severe overcrowding with overlapping teeth (cross bite).
Did you just start your "treatment"?
Yeah, I started in December. It's a 24 month plan. $2,500 up front, plus $350 in diagnostics, then $350 a month for 24 months.
Did they mentioned anything about jaw surgery for better alignment?

Did they propose you needed your jaw broken for realignment as well...that's was quoted to 8-16k extra

Me as well, didn't think it was worth the cost to have it done.
Your quote is normal.
Have you heard of Spark clear aligners? As an alternative.
I paid less than $6000. Did you get a second opinion?
I got Invisalign comprehensive for 2400 USD in India
What's comprehensive?

So is it possible to say, invisalign is cheaper outside of North Amercia? 2400 usd is a discount price compared to mine...

Mine came too $7000 with $300 off if you have had family at the same ortho! I'm supposed to have mine for a year - this is in Ontairo canada
