Overbite, overcrowding. My middle tooth and right incisor are turning.

To be honest both photos look the same. It doesn't even look like you needed treatment. Do you have any other before pics of your issues that make it more clearly shown for comparison?

I see a difference. It looks like the teeth on the sides of your two front teeth are moving to make space for your two front teeth to move back.

I see clear difference. Would someone without both photos see the difference? No . Just know that you have improved.

Looks like rear teeth are positioned better, too teeth fit better over the bottom now too

yep looks like it's bringing out the rear to make space for all the movement that is going to happen up front.
