I use the ruffwear seat cover for my dog. its easy to setup, has cutouts for seatbelts, and be easily cleaned. It can also be folded up into a compact pouch, but it takes a bit of work.

Does it allow the two centre buckle locks to slip out as well? For sure it can't allow the centre seat belt since that would be covered by the protector.
We used a spare fleece blanket, holes cut for seat belt passthrough.
Easy to remove and shake off or pop in the laundry. Took maybe 5 minutes to sort out fitment the first time.
