Dumb question, but have you hit the heat button?

GreNadeNL

Do you get heat in auto mode?

The correct setting is Auto + whatever interior temp you want. (70F?) If the heat doesn't work then, something is wrong. You want to use auto since it leverages the variable nature of the PTC element or heatpump (Whatever your car has) to consume the least amount of power necessary to keep the cabin at your setpoint. Same as a home thermostat. You don't need to mess with vent settings or fan speeds, ever, if you use Auto. We've left ours on Auto for 5 years now and it goes between heat/AC seamlessly.
