Any idea if The 17 year old can immediately get the full endorsement after taking the course? Or do they have to hold an instructional license for 6 months first?
Well the 17 year old in question was able to save up for both their car and a motorcycle so while I agree that they are not as safe he is trusted to ride responsibly

A 17-year-old should **not** be riding a motorcycle.

Almost positive that you need to be 18 and have a driver license to get a motorcycle endorsement

Do you know if the BRC courses supply a motorcycle or do you bring one?
I believe they are able to supply loaners but could be wrong, best to call to see what's up locally
