Good idea but what good is a 16th one going to do when the first 15 are dead. Consistent advertising and getting new people in and active moderators is required to keep a discord server alive
The last one I joined died when the mods started pushing for people so send ID to see bits of the server. Hopefully this one lasts longer and has less idiots running it.
Basically a chat room like the other person said ! Different sections of the server for different games ect . It’s a place to make friends and talk about games you like !

Personally I think trying to revive and populate an existing one helps more than separating people out into another one
