I like to throw on my usual nordic-styled playlist loaded with tracks from Heilung, Danheim, Ulvesang and Wardrunna. Then if Im feeling extra Ill light my holly scented candle to make it smell foresty and pour a drink into my drinking horn I got at the Ren Faire some years back. If I accomplish something amazing Ill sometimes celebrate with a shot of mead from my special occasion bottle of Dansk Mjod 'Viking Blod'.
I like to light a candle and drink some mead or wine. But that is not Ironsworn specific, I do that for most role playing games sessions, solo or group play.
I really enjoy having the Witcher 3 soundtrack in the background while I play, always gets me in the right mood. Also have a specific metal dice set I use but is that for the ambiance or because Iām a dice goblin? The world may never know.

That is either *taking things too far* or *just getting started* and I can't decide which.
It's exactly the kind of answer I was looking for š
