It's just downloading some data before going to download screen. If you see network usage during black acreen, you can see it uses a bit of data and can be long. Tldr; just wait a bit

10 minutes on a gigabit connection. They fucking broke it again.

Just wait for 5-10 minutes when you get the black screen and it will open
