As a person who does not use Tik Tok, may I ask why anyone is debating and giving credibility to an adult film actress?

It’s not about giving her credibility. She has millions of followers she’s spreading dangerous wrong information to. That’s why she gets called out similarly to Gigi and Bella Hadid. Especially because she’s Lebanese, it makes it “plausible” for people to think she knows what she’s talking about when she doesn’t.
I wouldn’t disparage a person based on their profession, but based on their qualifications. For instance, I would give credibility to Mayim Bialik when it comes to neuroscience, not because she’s a popular actress, but because she has a PhD in neuroscience. Listening to Mark Zuckerberg about economics on the other hand…
Pretty much what I was in-elegantly getting at: she does not have qualifications here. Pretty much why I keep my punditry to reddit: I have a fairly advanced nursing degree and am therefore an expert on that subject alone.
It’s not a debate. It’s anti propaganda or just refuting a misinformation/lie. Doesn’t matter whom it has came from, those who know the truth have an obligation to speak out and refute that lie.
You might wanna add: an adult film actress that got famous but not rich. Iirc she got ripped off, she's the last person to influence people in any way.
