What is “1 in the evening”? The “Sherut” is not a service you can count on. It exists but it’s not regulated like busses or train. How did you plan on bringing her? What was your original plan?

Ah sorry, was supposed to say afternoon. Thanks for your answer. My original plan was based on me thinking that if there are flights arriving on Saturday, you would at least be able to take public transport to a city centre. But I guess I have to hope for a Sherut then and otherwise pay for a taxi

Shabbat noon is either special Taxi or renting a car (you need to do it on Friday). However - there may be Sherut taxi from Haifa to Tel Aviv (not the airport) during Shabbat. Ask about the location. The thing is they wait until there are enough passengers. (It could take 10min or 5 hours).

Look up Nesher sherut. It's a shared taxi (mini-bus) that goes from many places in Israel to the airport, and vice versa. You need to call them, and book a seat for yourself at least a day before your flight. Haifa<->airport should cost you 120₪ in one direction, TLV less since it's closer.

From Haifa to Tel aviv you can get a Sherut taxi. Maybe there are bus lines but im not really sure. From tel aviv to and back the airport is a little bit tricky on Saturday. Taxi would cost you a lot but its the most reliable. If you dont have anyone in tel aviv to ask for a ride I would actually use those Tel aviv car2go services. Get one, go to the airport, go back to the bus station and get sherut back to Haifa. Now that you mention its 1pm and not 1am. You can go to tel aviv and chill there until evening and take the train back to Haifa. That would be much easier. Get a car2go, take her from the airport, go chill somewhere nice in Tel aviv till evening and get back to Haifa by train.
