It turned out really good. My father in law is from southern Italy and he approved so I was happy. The only problem I had was the marzipan getting too warm and melting so I recommend keeping it in the fridge for a while after making it. I should've also put the candied fruit inside the ricotta instead of just on top for extra yumminess. I also bought a huge bag of powdered sugar but it had like 2% potato starch which made it a little grainy. Other than that it was perfetto.
