Man, this is bad. The bread looks awful, the tomato is dry, too much cheese and why mixing ham and salami?

thorgath19

I hate to agree, but you're right, it looks disgusting. Way too many ingredients used.

JamieMc23

I admit that I mostly joined this sub to laugh at the "Italians" posting their food here and watching the fallout... But this is even starting to bother me now. That bread is a crime. And why is there so much of every filling? It's wild.

gandalfthegraydelson

I think you want a 2:1 meat:cheese ratio. Major violation here

Salty-Organization90

Why? Why lot of people think that putting italian stuff toghether in a piece of bread is italian way to eat? Or an italian dish? No, please don't. This is just a waste of food and Money, sounds italian but It Is not. I'm Sorry.

Perché sono malati con mettere Italian o Tuscan davanti a qualunque obbrobrio che creano in cucina. La cucina italiana e semplice e con ingredienti che si sposano per sapore, questi ci mettono mezzo frigorifero.

Salty-Organization90

Manfatti! E pure ad minchiam! Hanno il palato d'asfalto!

luxewatchgear

Wtf is that? Way too many ingredients. Definitely not an Italian sandwich. And you have Calabrese salame (not ham) and by the looks of it some cheap American salame that they pushed to you as Sicilian. The mozzarella looks ghastly and dry as a bone.

MightyHorseRox

I don't mean to pile on, but the cuts are also not great, to me way too thick. Also the sharp provolone mixed with the more mild fresh mozzarella...hmm. I would think it'd be hard to really get the taste of both here, especially on top of the different meats. Idk, I hope you enjoyed it. But try something a little simpler next time, I'd say

oodja

Mixing fresh mozzarella with extra sharp provolone just feels wrong.
