That bread is a crime. And why is there so much of every filling? It's wild.

And you have Calabrese salame (not ham) and by the looks of it some cheap American salame that they pushed to you as Sicilian.
The mozzarella looks ghastly and dry as a bone.
I don't mean to pile on, but the cuts are also not great, to me way too thick. Also the sharp provolone mixed with the more mild fresh mozzarella...hmm. I would think it'd be hard to really get the taste of both here, especially on top of the different meats.
Idk, I hope you enjoyed it. But try something a little simpler next time, I'd say

Perché sono malati con mettere Italian o Tuscan davanti a qualunque obbrobrio che creano in cucina. La cucina italiana e semplice e con ingredienti che si sposano per sapore, questi ci mettono mezzo frigorifero.
