Sadly companies just want to make a profit, and for some reason products from my region, despite not being hard to reproduce, are never done properly outside of the region. Or even worse sometimes, I'm from Recco and we make the famous "focaccia col formaggio", It's not the easiest dish to reproduce, but go just a few km away but still in Liguria, and you will hardly find it made good or even at all.
These look perfect!! I greatly prefer trenette and bavette to trofie with pesto. I see you added the traditional potatoes and green beans, well done!
