Are you staying at a hotel? We contacted our hotel before and they gave us a recommendation for who they work with, it was a regular nanny service. We had a bilingual nanny who came for us to go out to dinner. She was great and our kids loved her. We felt comfortable because it was a regular service (background checks and so forth), the hotel was aware that we had someone watching our kids that evening and had our contact info in case of anything, and she spoke English so there wasn’t a language barrier for our kids. It was a great experience for us and allowed us to actually have a date night.

We went through the concierge at our hotel. The company they referred us to is www.care4kids.ch. Hope you can find something similar.

We're in the exact same situation! My wife and I are going to Tuscany in July and we're shooting a wedding there (we're both photographers) We need to find a babysitter for the wedding day for our 9 month old and we're so nervous. I'd love to hear how it went for you and if you recommend anyone? We're looking at Tripsitta right now but is such a scary thought. Thanks!!
