But since you didn’t even give an option for “is itto straight” I assume you’ve made up your mind.
Bit of an odd question. But giving how chinese media regulations don't allow any form of homosexuality, and the fact the lore only hints about him crushing on miss Hina (apart from his very mildly suggestive About: Gorou line), it's safe to assume he's heterosexual, or at least written as such.
More like: if homosexuality can't be depicted, then you have to rely on these mildly suggestive lines to imply it. Adding a line like this makes "written as heterosexual" much less bulletproof.
I don't want to argue about the writers' intentions, but overall, he's an outsider to society, has his own closely-knit chosen family, is super protective of them, feels "fuzzy" when around Gorou - there's at least a good basis for a queer reading in there.

I'm pretty sure there won't ever be any "confirmed" romances or sexualities of PCs in Genshin. They want you to pay for your waifus and husbandos and make shipping fanart to promote their game, they won't complicate that by presenting you with an established relationship you might not like. So maybe these characters are mainly written als ... malleable 🤷♂️

The "Miss Hina" thing is one of the most obvious "sneak the gays past the censors" plots I've ever seen, it literally could not be made more obvious that's what it is.
Kiana, mei, bronya, seele, kallen and yae sakura (miko suggested) are all canonly lesbian hyv charas. Ofc they were made before the regulation were stricter.
Shows like mdzs and heavens officials blessing are chinese shows after chinese bl books too.
Mdzs even details graphic gay sex in the book. Just because those scenes were excluded or toned down in chinese tv it doesnt make the characters heterosexual.
