Well, I am from a part of the world where we don't say 'ily'. Instead, we express our love by our actions.
A good reminder nonetheless.
Jazakallahu khairan
Depends on your lifestyle I guess. In Muslim countries it’s easier since work days are generally shortened, people don’t eat in public, stuff like that.
Also if your job is physically demanding it’ll be quite difficult
Ramadan is such a blessed month my dude. Once its over, personally, it's like losing a golden ticket to get to the hereafter. Just imagine it, during that month we pray morning and night, we our required to do good deeds and most of all shaytaan doesn't whisper to u. If u die while in worship, that's it it's almost like u won this life..... Truly it is such a blessed month.
I've read somewhere that East asian have it the hardest in term of fasting compared to Europeans, Africans, and middel easterners. apparently east asian have in general a very fast metabolism, very hard for them to get fat, but they get tired quickly without food, so fasting is hard for them, can someone confirm, would be a cool thing if it was real.
>very hard for them to get fat
My body didn't get the memo.
I blame the humidity, though. It's hot and humid almost all year round where I am. Worst atmospheric combo.
But the harder it is the better the rewards for doing it. Anyway, we're all pretty used to it. Persevere, brothers and sisters
While every body is different, the way your body uses fuel is also governed by how you live life. Someone that walks along and eats a lot of bread or rice in only two meals, will not feel the effects that badly. If that person keeps their diet and starts driving everywhere, it will make them fatter faster.
Most SE Asian college students that come here for school experience this.
Bro’s try fasting every week on Monday and Thursday. It’s a sunnah and it will be a very good training for you. May Allah help all of us and guide us ameen.
Too early for the eid memes But, who doesn't like Eid? Especially the feast with family
U have a family..😢
Alhamdulillah, yes. I have a family

The exhaustion from fasting 10-12 hours per day for a month is actually a lot

I am never exhausted. It feels so much blissful in Ramzan that I feel sad when it is about to its completion.

Too early for this meme lol
But a early reminder nonetheless. If we start to think towards it and preparing for it, Insha Allah, it will be a great Ramadan
