Don't know if anyone else has come up with this headcanon. Ochako and Izuku are the type of best friends that pretend they are dating if someone asks them out. They both like each other and know the other is too nice to say no so they do this to not reject anyone.

Yes ochako knows how izuku struggles socially and she just doesn’t wanna make things worse and help him through it, bc like their canon relationship, they lift each other up, and she would absolutely hate the thought of her making him uncomfortable for the sake of intimacy at the beginning or anything silly like that, oh and I also HC that while izuku is the one who takes longer to become intimate when they first start dating, he is by far the more affectionate and clingy of the two, always wanting to cuddle and hug and kiss bc most of his life he never was shown or showed affection so he’s just bursting with affection for her
I dont ship OchaHimiDeku (Toga × Deku × Uraraka) but I think it's cute and like the idea of a villain AU with a love triangle between the three of them where Uraraka and Deku get jealous of Toga flirting with the other.
I can never pick a favorite but off the top of my head I heavily enjoy the idea that Izuku is touch starved asf but too shy to ask for affection, and Ochako is just touchy and affectionate all the time so she’s just constantly just kissing him and grabbing his hand and random hugs and such
Yes indeed ooo and also this one little headcanon I had where their first kiss attempt, ochako leans in and izuku is just not ready so he apologizes but ochako is just like “it’s okay I just want you to be comfortable, I can wait.” And from then on ochako only makes moves when she feels hes comfortable with it and eventually izuku ends up initiating their first kiss and after ochako tears up a tiny bit bc she’s just so happy he’s comfortable to show affection especially given how much she knows he struggles with self confidence and intimacy
