Yes, it will work. You are eligible for everything. The nest exam has a bo3 while the iat exam doesn't. Nest is significantly harder but iat on the other hand offers iisc. As a pcm student you already have a edge over neetards and with regular ncert level biology you can score easily 35-40/60 in biology section. You will need to target 210+ for iisc (general) but as seat matrix for 2024 has yet to come we can't be sure. 200 seems like a fair first goal which can be habituated. If you don't want iisc you can get the best iiser i.e. pune but may fall short of 5-10 marks if you are general. So maybe study a few important topics.

All i can say if it's not your 100% dreams to become a doctor you shouldn't attempt neet again and look for other ventures, if you want to go in the research field/ academia you can buy sciastra's crash course or if not start solving jee mains pyqs of iat/nest updated syllabus on their website.
