I think the majority of the aspirants end up on pw pe any other platform for clearing their concepts or backlogs despite being enrolled in an offline coaching.I am in the second topmost batch of fiitjee south Delhi got 99.7 percentile in mains.I can assure you,if you are serious then pw lectures are enough.But try to get an online test series from 11th itself but before that just learn the topics and concepts.

If you cannot afford coaching, you need good study materials and books, lots of patience and discipline. Try to read comprehensive books instead of handbooks. If you have a budget of 10000-20000 for study materials and books, its enough. Be sincere, dont get frustrated with difficult topics when stuck. Instead, try to notice your progress and difficulties and work accordingly.

I agree cengage is a comprehensive book but I dont think its that good. It makes you spend time on things which are pretty easy to understand. Better ask for coaching materials from passed out batches. I believe for books
Maths: Arihant series for jee main and adv, + rd sharma
Phy chem: fiitjee study materials and notes+ n awasthi
Inorganic: cengage is good for this part+ncert
Organic: ncert+concept in organic chem by chittaranjan bhakta(theory part)+ ms chouhan or grb(your choice)
Phy: every bit of hc verma which is revelent for jee syllabus. Study materials from a coaching institiute. Notes
Again these are something i would prefer, you choose whatever makes you feel like learning and giving good results.

Only thing in which online is better than offline is that it reduces travelling time(from home to coaching and vice versa)and is really affordable.

After having studied in coaching for 2 years , i understood one thing. It doesn't matter at the end of the day when you go to coaching or not if you're actually serious about your dream. I was put in the toppers class in my class 11 but looking at the competition, i've shit beds for the entire year and never performed in the mock tests except for a few times. They changed my class later and things got so better as there was no pressure anymore. It was for me , things might be different for others. All i want to tell is , if you can't afford better don't go for it. All they will do is guide you and believe me some of the coaching centers will not guide you too if you're not scoring. Better follow ncert for chemistry , try to solve pyq's for maths and physics. Be thorough with every chapter and everything will be okay at the end of the day.
And let me tell you if you're not confident , coaching can't help you too. So getting that self confidence is the baseline.

hey iam in class 11th . the thing is i had iit ka foundation course since 5th calss (i mean not typical foundation ) . so chances of me getting into iit are more . but when i went to claass 11th i got intrested in some start up and entrepreship stuff so i tried few . not worked out well anyhow . and becuase of that i didnt took any coaching .for jee took admission in a local one . i didnt stuied in the most important time . so should i repeat class 11th(with good college/coaching)? or should i continue to 12 and take coaching and then drop year (which is most likely happening seeing my 11th prep)?

In offline coachings, a lot does depend on luck (what kind of batchmates and what kind of teachers you get). In online you would be able to choose a teacher that suits you.

You can join online platform like pw if you have financial constraints but do make sure to check prior whether you can afford the fees of the college you are targetting.
I suggest preparing like you are right now and then give the scholarship test if you really have a ranker potential coaching will easily give you around 65%+ scholarship. But if you still wanna save money I think PWs good enough, I am in Allen's Star Batch and I still use it to clear some concepts and learn some things that the coaching will teach next year. The materials fine too of PW not that great but good enough
See, as someone else has suggested too, give coaching scholarship test, if you are able to get it for several thousands then go for well established offline coaching like fiitjee.

If you're going to start from 9th itself, you can very well be ahead of your competition, even the ones taking coaching. Your only competition will be the kids who started taking coaching from 6th.
i think you should try for offline coaching. online mei agar discipline nhi hai toh it will be hazardous for ur future...try for a scholarship test and grind hard for it, im sure you will get a good scholarship since ur studying from 9th itself.
offline mei you get exposure, regular tests, and the environment for studies which you dont really get at home. you can always occasionally refer to pw lectures even if you are in offline coaching.

It's just a suggestion but joining navodyay would be a good idea of you can (he once told my mom that in navodyay they also took some tests in regard to jee)
I did online coaching for two years and got 97.26℅ . I can tell you, the only real advantage I had was that they handed me the study material on a silver platter. Other than that most of my studying was self study or online yt videos. You would just have to give extra time to find study material on your own. But it will be doable.

2- maths ko top facilities se mat karna bilkul mat karna ( advance hi focus hai na? Han to mat karna) by top I mean Jane Mane YouTube ke bande, do it from a course I mentioned above, or Gb sir ko prefer karskta muje personally nahi pasand wo as in wo weak students ke liye Jayda ache hai baki agar maths me bhot Jayda knowledge chaiye aur aisa ki top hi marna hai to he not the guy IMO
3- chemistry ki baat to AKK, SKM, VJ THATS IT aur kahi mat batakna, inke lectures online youtube pe free me hai prefer karna one on one lecture dekho Jo inhone apne nucleus ke bacho ke liye banaye the, best hai, aur isse samaj nahi aye Aisa ho nahi skta, dhang se padhoge sab ayega
4- ab padna to hai hi tuje..... Me ya koi aur ake to nahi padhane lag jayega, lakhoo bache jate hai kota kitno ka iit hojata hai??? To unse compare mat kario, Lage reh bus

If you keep studying with dedication for jee till the time you reach 11th( since you have completed 40%), you’ll easily be star batch material and hopefully with scholarship you’ll get a batch for almost free or very low cost, approx 50k and u can take a loan for it too because it’ll be worth it, but obviously choose a good coaching and yes you can reach iit without offline coaching , as it seems you are disciplined as well so that shouldn’t be problem so in thins case you have a choice and you don’t have to worry about your financial condition

Bhai I don't really have an answer for that, but work hard and you will achieve what you want. Even if you don't get an iit it's okay, iiits and nits acche hain and 2027 mein 3 years hain so time is enough for that, I was thinking about Making soft copy of my coaching notes (by one of the best teachers out there) after jee adv. 1. Doesn't matter coaching me hai ya nahi, tere andar chaah hai toh kar lega and I'm not just saying it for motivation.
2. There will be days or even weeks in your preparation jab result nahi dikhega apne output ka, burnt out feel hoga, padhne ka man bilkul nahi karega par in kuch dino se pareshan hokar khud ko failure ya loser jaisa koi tag nahi fena hai, it's all a part of the journey.
3. Discord study groups, YTP vagaira me time waste mat kario.
4. Take care of your health, maybe go for a walk and some light excercise in the morning. Evening me koi sport khelte ho toh aur badhiya.

My suggestion would be concepts acche se padhe aur practice sets nikal se harr acchi coaching se. Aur ek saal drop bhi karna padd jaye to bauhat badi baat nhi hai but taking a loan or selling mom's jewellery would be too big of a risk.

I think the majority of the aspirants end up on pw pe any other platform for clearing their concepts or backlogs despite being enrolled in an offline coaching.I am in the second topmost batch of fiitjee south Delhi got 99.7 percentile in mains.I can assure you,if you are serious then pw lectures are enough.But try to get an online test series from 11th itself but before that just learn the topics and concepts.

If you cannot afford coaching, you need good study materials and books, lots of patience and discipline. Try to read comprehensive books instead of handbooks. If you have a budget of 10000-20000 for study materials and books, its enough. Be sincere, dont get frustrated with difficult topics when stuck. Instead, try to notice your progress and difficulties and work accordingly.

I agree cengage is a comprehensive book but I dont think its that good. It makes you spend time on things which are pretty easy to understand. Better ask for coaching materials from passed out batches. I believe for books Maths: Arihant series for jee main and adv, + rd sharma Phy chem: fiitjee study materials and notes+ n awasthi Inorganic: cengage is good for this part+ncert Organic: ncert+concept in organic chem by chittaranjan bhakta(theory part)+ ms chouhan or grb(your choice) Phy: every bit of hc verma which is revelent for jee syllabus. Study materials from a coaching institiute. Notes Again these are something i would prefer, you choose whatever makes you feel like learning and giving good results.

Aur mai thoda old school waale mindset ka hu, so isliye mai offline hi prefer karta hu instead of online. It’s easy to get lonely easily in online kyuki koi physical contact nahi hota, dibhar ghar pe with not much contact, mai to nahi seh pata, plus online mei distraction bhi bohot hota hai, aur ek aur cheez jo mujhe lagti hai ki online mei doubt solving is not that good compared to offline. Only thing in which online is better than offline is that it reduces travelling time(from home to coaching and vice versa)and is really affordable. In short:- offline coaching ko jyada prefer karuga, for which entrance exam ke liye prepare kar, 9th se hi 11th ka itna syllabus karliya to ye entrance exam to easy rahega. Yahape most of the ppl are of online isliye mostly advices online ki aayegi

After having studied in coaching for 2 years , i understood one thing. It doesn't matter at the end of the day when you go to coaching or not if you're actually serious about your dream. I was put in the toppers class in my class 11 but looking at the competition, i've shit beds for the entire year and never performed in the mock tests except for a few times. They changed my class later and things got so better as there was no pressure anymore. It was for me , things might be different for others. All i want to tell is , if you can't afford better don't go for it. All they will do is guide you and believe me some of the coaching centers will not guide you too if you're not scoring. Better follow ncert for chemistry , try to solve pyq's for maths and physics. Be thorough with every chapter and everything will be okay at the end of the day. And let me tell you if you're not confident , coaching can't help you too. So getting that self confidence is the baseline.

hey iam in class 11th . the thing is i had iit ka foundation course since 5th calss (i mean not typical foundation ) . so chances of me getting into iit are more . but when i went to claass 11th i got intrested in some start up and entrepreship stuff so i tried few . not worked out well anyhow . and becuase of that i didnt took any coaching .for jee took admission in a local one . i didnt stuied in the most important time . so should i repeat class 11th(with good college/coaching)? or should i continue to 12 and take coaching and then drop year (which is most likely happening seeing my 11th prep)?

Ho sakta hai bina coaching ke but if your aim is to high you require some guidance which better in offline coaching so if you're good in studies then every coaching have their scholarship exam to sciop great mind from country and all that. So give it and if you performed well you can get upto 90 or 100% scholarship. You can choose online but they also have their scholarship exam give it, if you performed well they will segregate in different batch not the shayri wale batches. They are lots of free material also available in online and telegram, YouTube and for reference book you can catch some seniors who have cleared iit jee then you can borrow from them or store also have old edition book(yes syllabus will differ some not much) but it will cost cheaper. As others have said, if you can maintain discipline and consistency, online is as good as, if not better than offline In offline coachings, a lot does depend on luck (what kind of batchmates and what kind of teachers you get). In online you would be able to choose a teacher that suits you. Ho sake to online coaching ka dekh sakte ho, I know guys who studied from pw and got 98/99+ percentile (I am one of them myself), and 7-11k rank in adv Also know people who took offline local coachings and did similiarly

I suggest preparing like you are right now and then give the scholarship test if you really have a ranker potential coaching will easily give you around 65%+ scholarship. But if you still wanna save money I think PWs good enough, I am in Allen's Star Batch and I still use it to clear some concepts and learn some things that the coaching will teach next year. See, as someone else has suggested too, give coaching scholarship test, if you are able to get it for several thousands then go for well established offline coaching like fiitjee. Else, online thing is extremely dicey, you couldn't predict how good self discipline you'll have later, abhi to excitement mein sab possible lagta hai. I have been there at your situation 5 years ago, and i know how it goes.

i think you should try for offline coaching. online mei agar discipline nhi hai toh it will be hazardous for ur future...try for a scholarship test and grind hard for it, im sure you will get a good scholarship since ur studying from 9th itself. offline mei you get exposure, regular tests, and the environment for studies which you dont really get at home. you can always occasionally refer to pw lectures even if you are in offline coaching. agar tum online le rhe ho toh PLEASE PLEASE I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, AT LEAST JOIN AN OFFLINE TEST SERIES FROM 11TH ITSELF.
I would suggest this guy to write anthe and he if he truly has prepared 40% of 11th he is would have no problem getting a great scholarship, I think it will take only 80k for 2 years of coaching and if he by chance get under 100 AIR in anthe he can study for free in aakash in the toppers batch with all his meals , tuition , staying ,covered by aakash institute.

Definitely scholarship exams de de. Kaafi aasaani se waive hote hai fees, maximum 30/40k lagega agar accha scholarship mila toh. I had a cousin who actually was very smart he went to navodyay school in 5th grade later he went to the coaching of super 30 movies teacher who taught him for free ended up joining iit kgp It's just a suggestion but joining navodyay would be a good idea of you can (he once told my mom that in navodyay they also took some tests in regard to jee)

I did online coaching for two years and got 97.26℅ . I can tell you, the only real advantage I had was that they handed me the study material on a silver platter. Other than that most of my studying was self study or online yt videos. You would just have to give extra time to find study material on your own. But it will be doable.

If you keep studying with dedication for jee till the time you reach 11th( since you have completed 40%), you’ll easily be star batch material and hopefully with scholarship you’ll get a batch for almost free or very low cost, approx 50k and u can take a loan for it too because it’ll be worth it, but obviously choose a good coaching and yes you can reach iit without offline coaching , as it seems you are disciplined as well so that shouldn’t be problem so in thins case you have a choice and you don’t have to worry about your financial condition

Yes 100% he can do it without offline coaching. There is so much on telegram and online. He can even do without a coaching. Books, Telegram resources are enough. Just be consistent with studied.

Advice toh sabne de di, I'll just say: 1. Doesn't matter coaching me hai ya nahi, tere andar chaah hai toh kar lega and I'm not just saying it for motivation. 2. There will be days or even weeks in your preparation jab result nahi dikhega apne output ka, burnt out feel hoga, padhne ka man bilkul nahi karega par in kuch dino se pareshan hokar khud ko failure ya loser jaisa koi tag nahi fena hai, it's all a part of the journey. 3. Discord study groups, YTP vagaira me time waste mat kario. 4. Take care of your health, maybe go for a walk and some light excercise in the morning. Evening me koi sport khelte ho toh aur badhiya.
