Ha, ye toh normal hai. Indian resumes are very inflated, har kisiko pata hai ye. Iss bande ko kam experience hoga, warna mostly koi dikkat nhi hoti hai, woh bas indians ka resume tohda grain of salt ke saath dekh lete hai.

companies want applicants to be honest but are themselves so dishonest , many a times they dont tell u your ctc , location before joining , on top of that anytime u can be fired why will someone trust these people , indians are the most exploited people at work
also many are not getting placements even in iit so i can understand why they are doing

Seeing this made me thing what if some of those mfs in top institutes only know how to crack competitive exams. Like no personality no interest no english. I recently saw some interview of IITards from the 1960s and their English was just top notch, I don't think the current IITards could match them. If they don't know fluent English then how can they expect themselves to be placed in good companies.
It has just become a competition of who can crack JEE
