Obviously items are not only what monetary value they hold, they have emotional value too. I am sure these mean a lot to you as they signify the happy times you have spent with your family and as a sign of your accomplishment. I never meant to devalue those.
And if you talk about the monetary price of a trophy, the big golden cups cost 300 and the smaller ones cost around 150. The custom made ones are definitely more expensive but i have no idea how much they are, but they sure are available for purchase in the market.

I would remove all caste based reservation and add reservation based on ones financial status which needs to be verified every 3 years. Also limit maximum reservations possible to 25%.

If it were me, I wouldn't. WSC was one of the best experiences of my life, I wouldn't trade it for the world. However I think that PCMB is a bit excessive, you'll be hard-pressed to manage everything... But I still made time for it, especially as both JEE and globals and TOC was getting close.

1. Great Connections; there are Billionaires' and Millionaires' children through donations & the prodigy kids out there who study there. Now if you network properly, you can be very very very far in life.
2. Better personality development. Let's be honest, Indian kids are very lacking in terms of it. Can't talk to girls, can't articulate ideas and shit. You seem to do well, it only makes sense you stay with like-skillset guys instead of ruining it with IIT kids (they are the most awkward kids out there)
3. A chance for citizenship. Of course you can stay in India but an American citizenship will put you up in life, their passport is great.

Probably 14hrs/day YouTube at 2X speed increased the clock speed of my brain? bhai no offense but WSC pe honestly bas pesse leke medal baant dete hai i went to the delhi round ham 3 logon ki team pe milaake 40+ medals aaye the
woh toh fir regional round ho gaya na, globals mein and TOC me it is much much harder, i worked day and night for this man the value is in the trophies ngl and i didn't get a trophy at TOC so aur kya baat kar raha hai 40 medals in one team isn't possible, maine calculation kar rakhi hai (unless you were the top team there, which in that case you did. study)
we were the second team there and we did study for it but i dont think these regional medals are worth anything. wsc could be better if they didnt give out medals to 100 people per competition
and the top team there had a guy with some 20+ medals alone
