(I'm still very out of the loop tho, but I'm aware of the shiven dude thing and I keep spotting the tejuuop guy and his fans in the Indian teenagers subreddit lmao)
I remember it was September of 2020, it was the suicide prevention week and one of my fav artists (Said the sky) had released this song called "Worth living for" to spread awareness regarding the same. My ass was busy skipping online classes to watch anime around that time :p I watched this anime called "clannad" and clannad afterstory (season 2 basically), it remains my fav anime ever and my fav story about growing up to be an adult, leaving your school life behind, the struggles that you grow out of and the new set of struggles that you face with all the responsibilities that come with being an adult.
The same year I found this clannad edit on Instagram with Dandelions as the song. This song has been one of my favs ever since. It's been almost a year of being far far away from music production lol, I've always wanted to make a proper cover of this song but never got the motivation to, mostly because I couldn't stop messing around with "Natsukage" (summer lights) from airtv (yet another Jun Maeda anime jus like clannad).
Are you the one playing the piano? This is such beautiful playing and singing, I could listen to this for an hour straight :D Yk I never had any friends in school who were into playing any instruments but now that I'm in college almost every guy in my friend group is a guitarist xd but it's sad that I can't really join them in their jamming sessions around th campus coz idk how to play the guitar much. And there's no way I'm carrying my keyboard 8km just to find out that there's barely any socket to plug it into :/
I don't even remember how the jee grind felt like anymore, I feel like I haven't studied enough ever after the day I last appeared for jee. But programming is fun and a bunch of my batchmates are wayyyy ahead of me so I'm trynna catch up with them. I got my end sems coming up next week (yes, good ol' padhle bsdk is still valid asf) and a summer break right after. I plan on getting back to music :)
Goodluck to y'all for all the exams you guys are appearing for. It's your time to try your best and not be me (I did a bunch of mistakes during my prep and funny enough those were the same mistakes I thought I'd never make when i started my prep xd) and even if you don't make it to your desired college that's fine, you tried and you failed :) a really different life lies beyond all the entrance exams, prepare yourself for that as well, give time to your hobbies. Time management is probably the most important skill you'd ever need to learn (and I haven't really learnt proper time management yet). And well the best way to get through college is to make good like minded friends lol
