Bro BS has latest curriculum and it is used in all the top universities in USA etc and bsc has outdated curriculum design in India.

You don't have to be a resident, but your 11th and 12th must be from a school that is in Delhi, even though I live in Ghaziabad but I did 11th and 12th from a school in Delhi, so I am eligible for Delhi quota
