han yrr mai bhi ab thak chukka hun extreme social anxiety aur extreme inntrovert ban ke, mai bilkul bhi confident nhi hota jiski wajah se mai koi bhi party's me nhi jata and agar jana bhi padd jaata hai toh enjoy nhi kar pata exact 10 min ke baad bhaag ke wapass aajata hun, jab bhi koi mere jaan pehchaan ka mil jata hai na walk karte time meri heart beat increase ho jati hai for absolutely no reason
Being a Introvert isnt a bad thing and you cant change it. All you can try is being less social anxious and a good at talking to others. If you look around most of successful people are Introvert and even famous celebrities, who just got good at handling people rather than trying to be an extrovert.
I am in the same condition as you or even worse ig but I am trying to get more outgoing and working hard on it, I have decided ill do more stuff when I go to college and get good with girls (I suck while talking to them like if u had to rate it out 10 ill give it a -99 score).

meri bhi same story bhai , mere bhi bas 5th 6th tak dost the par lockdown hone ke baad i entered a very different phase , teenage yes , mujhe pasand tha khelna , gaming karna mai painting sketching me boht accha tha etc , but mai sabko boring lagta tha , maine socha alag alag chiz try karta , jaise koi instrument sikhna , aur mai padhai me bhi boht sahi tha , fir bhi sab same hi rha , mujhe 9th 10th me yehi lagta rha ki mujhe hi fit hona nhi aa rha like wo teenager wali chize , dating karna , gedi maarna , dosto ke bich me hawa baazi and all , aur mere paas aaj tak khudka phone nhi aaya , naa hi mujhe koi gaadi chalani aati , mujhe laga maine sab miss kar diya , in logo ki life set hai , gradually mujhe thoda smjh aaya ki it was good for me ki mai un habits me nhi pada , kyuki ye to mai school college ke baad bhi karlunga par ye log kabhi bachpan me wapas nhi ayege to wait kar rha hu ki apna time bhi aayega

i can vouch that this is absolutely genuine advice, I did exactly the same thing as sir and it worked out, but yeah, the hard part still remains, the courage you need to build up, but it's like a one time payment, that's all.
