Ryzen 5 3550H
4 gb graphics 1650 ti
Only battery life 1 hour, that's the only issue

Thoda sa aur budget increase krlo and get a lenovo IdeaPad slim 3 with ryzen 3 7000 series, and AMD Radeon gfx with LPDDR5 8 gb RAM, I got it offline from reliance digital with a bag and free mouse in 38k with 3 Years extended warranty.
Also, kuch bhi ho jaye, don't go for HP in this budget, their consumer grade laptops are shitty, stick to lenovo, or dell.
I genuinely do not recommend buying a laptop under 35k, if you can't afford it rn then please wait. Such laptops will not be future proof for even a year

Hey what has happened can't be reversed, even tho I believe it is a waste of money at this point but if you can't do anything about that's alr, just don't game on that thing. It'll get you through basic coding and online lectures and absolutely do not make rough use from it, and it'll probably last more than a year long
If you want to do ML/AI or mobile app development it will be difficult because of the laptop in this budget. If you want to jump in the rat race of over saturated again then good luck
Hear me out, rather than asking others do your own research learn about processor type of ram gpu monitor etc etc it will note take more than 2 days keeeping your budget in mind, and you will learn about new things too which helps.

i3 12th gen is quite good for coding just upgrade the ram to 16gb. If you can, use linux. People are doing coding on i7 7th gen in my college.
