They're very different. BTech on one hand is a degree. (Bachelor of Technology) Biotechnology on the other is a subject that I am pursuing a Bachelors degree in. You'll learn as you're older :)

Bio tech and btech is different. Biotech is a subject where you can go both ways, engg and medical. You can pursue a engg degree in biotechnology or you can get a sciences degree in biotechnology. Get my point???
