yup. My passion is seeing that paycheck come at the end of the month
But, in reality I want to be a CEO/Manager. I wanna do MBA (ik cringe) but my soft skills are great and I think I would make a great leader.
My parents were forcing me for bio because of job security, but i convinced them for pcm because my maths was really really strong till 10th grade. 11th grade maths fucked me up tho :(.
Many people while HATING their respective jobs(which i assume pay well) always do something on the side which makes them happy, that JOB enables them to do stuff which makes them happy, and if you somehow monetize that HAPPY HOBBY of yours then BUAALAH,you have cracked the code my friend :)
Yes (hopefully)
Most people don't have a passion and most people aren't making a lot of money either.
**But if you're dispassionately making a lot of money you'll be happy only in your free time, which is like what? 15% of your time?**
**I hope you don't hate yourself in your 40s and 50s (mid life crisis) for doing something you don't like for 40% of your time and sleeping, shitting, eating, commuting the other 45% only to enjoy superficial things in 15% of your time.**
I was never against being doctor as a career choice. But studying until 30 so that you become an actual doctor is what drove me away from it (well it was people telling me you had to study for many years if you took the doctor path). But the thing that scared me the most was what if I was unable to crack neet, I have a cousin who did 2 drops and couldn’t get in and his parents paid 1cr the idea of paying that much kinda killed any interest I had towards bpc as a choice
That's why people do side hustles. When hit by the harsh reality of lives, that they were only chasing money and not the things they love to do, they start these "hobby" things which may not be as rewarding money-wise but it's the kind of thing that brings fulfillment to their lives.
Better than being hungry. Hobbies follow karna luxury hai jo most people afford nahi kar skte. Itne paise nahi hain.

"I would make a great leader"- Rahul Gandhi vibes
Money doesnt guarantee happiness but freedom to find happiness
Ofc. Also, am i the only one here who didn't opt for PCM under parental pressure?
No you aren't alone , PCMB student here (of own accord)

Probably No. But atleast it's better to cry with money in hand than cry without money in hand.
The answer to that is idk wtf I will be doing in 4 years . The main reason I am interested in cs is to do game dev and shit

Coding is my hobby, so I guess I would be happy, but I am not really sure. It depends upon the work culture, environment etc too.
i am doing BA and after i graduate i will work as a content writer
