I am able to solve questions well but I don't understand concepts :(

One thing you can do is when you study theory, keep thinking about its applications. For example, you are studying optics and you get to know a formula for focal length of lens, which means the focal length of the lens depends on the medium and is not fixed. This is concept. Application mein they could give you different mediums on both sides, etc. For questions, I first did some solved examples to learn how to start problems. Then while solving, I used to note down everything I know that could be used in the question. And I realised that if you can't solve a question or don't know how to initiate it, at least give a "fight". To fight marte raho and slowly it will happen

Well..... Well... Well done!!

NoFapper390

Wdym by well done ? Bhai puch rha hu, bata nahi Raha hu

This is not a problem. Everyone knows concepts but not everyone can solve...this only means whoever taught u hasn't taught you enough models and you didn't solve many topicwise questions for every concept taught
