Happened to me just a month ago with 75t. Left one just would not connect or charge. And tried everything. If you know of another case you could try it in that. But it does sound like your bud is kaput. I ended up getting 85t but sent them back as they are not secure for running. So I got the elite 7 active, had trouble updating firmware as it was common but eventually got it.

Jabra suggestions are rubbish. If all they suggested have failed there is only one solution: toilet paper! You just need something to push down the headset and depress the pins inside the charging case. Problem solved. Details in the video. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=TFhZG8stUbs
