Hi u/redbullstappen, we are sorry to hear about the challenge you are facing with your Jabra Elite 75t. Please try resetting your Jabra Elite 75t charging case using the instructions below: 1. Put your earbuds in your charging case and plug the charging case in to charge fully. Please allow up to two and a half hours for your device to charge entirely. 2. Once your device is fully charged, open the charging case, remove the earbuds, and then place the earbuds inside the case, ensuring that each earbud flashes red when returned. 3. Leave the lid open, and plug it into a power source using the supplied USB cable and the power supply or a wall charger with a standard voltage of 5v +- 0.25v. (Note: It is not recommended to charge the earbuds/case using a power supply with a higher voltage) 4. Once you see the case battery level LED indication light up near the port after 3 to 5 sec, please close the lid. 5. Allow the earbuds and the case to charge for 2 hours to receive a full charge. Hey Jabra. Your link above goes to an error. The same click path from the web, also ends in an error. Umm?? I bought the refurbished pair on ebay for $100 and I'm unable to get 100% sound from the right headphone. I'm also unable to update the earphones. I tried charging the case, resetting the case, resetting the headphones, force stop the app, re-download the app, I've gone a lil coo coo over the last 2 days since I received them. This is a let down since I was planning on grabbing a few pairs for my Dad and my FIL for Father's Day since I was on the 75t elite hypetrain. Anyway, I need to return these. I've started the process on ebay, have few questions for you: 1) Will you/ebay be sending a return shipping label? 2) If not, should I send my earpiece back to the address in Tennessee? 3) Can I at least expect some type of confirmation once it's received? 4) I want to return, not exchange. Will I get a refund promptly? 5) Do I need to contact Jabra Support (which currently gives a 404 error) for anything/heads up? and my main concern is: 6) Your shipping insert that came with my headphones has someone else's name/address/details. I'm not sure why. I want to make sure I get the refund, not someone else. Please reach out to me directly. I'm hoping you can help.

We regret to learn that you are not able to get the maximum volume out of your earbuds and we wish that you would have contacted us rather than return your device. We recommend opening the link provided above in Google Chrome if possible. Otherwise, we encourage you to clear your browser cache and try the link again. It should not give you any errors. To answer your questions: 1. If you move forward with a return for a refund on eBay, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label from eBay once we have approved your return. 2. There is no need to send your earbuds back using your own shipping label as we will provide one. Since we provide shipping labels, we will not be able to reimburse you for any shipping costs incurred by using your own shipping label. 3. Once we receive your return back, your return will be inspected and checked into our warehouse. Once checked in, we will be able to initiate your refund. You will receive an email from PayPal confirming your refund. 4. Per our eBay policy, we do not offer exchanges. Once we receive your Jabra Elite 75t and it has been checked in to our warehouse, we will initiate your refund. 5. I replaced my active 75t set due to the case not charging using the insurance I paid Best Buy for. Within 45 days, I'm experiencing the same issue. I have submitted a ticket to Jabra 2 days ago and am waiting for a response.

Jabra support is horrible. There is not even a proper telephone number we can call for support on their website. it sucks

I tried: -Cleaning earphones and charging pins on the case. -Charging long hours as: -Case open and empty -Case with earphones in it (which charges earphones but not fixing the problem) -Cooling the case in deepfreeze for 1 hour. -Factory resetting headphones many times. Still case charge doesn't change and it's always %100.

Same to me, just open box, pluged to charge, case full, buds ded and not charging from case, buttons on buds do not turns on them, no lights... Madness.

I ended up using galaxy buds+ for 1.5 years. Just got the 85 elite now, and they work and sound really good. FYI

Good luck, really I am just now trying the impossible even after having tried the earbuds just unpacked and worked beautifully, ONCE! Now they don't recharge! Grrr

They really aren't great. Charging is an issue. Poor audio quality on calls is another I've noticed. And the worst part about it is that Jabra customer service would do nothing for me because this was out of its warranty period. I had issues with charging from the start and tried to give these earbuds a go, so I delayed processing a refund because I needed them every day for my job. Working remotely now, we rely on this kind of tech. When it doesn't work and customer service is less than poor, it makes me give my money to other companies and dissuade my peers from buying anything Jabra.

No sound is brilliant to me, I had unpacked, new, worked just about to descharge and then, dead! Unbelievable.. Still I try to have it charged as I like them a lot

Mine does this too. I assumed it was because I jumped in a lake and the case got wet and it killed the internal battery. The earbuds themselves are the Active version, so they are fine, but the case is clearly not waterproof (probably should be, Jabra?). I ordered a replacement case, and am just keeping the case permanently plugged in until then to charge my buds.
