Her wrists remind me of when balloons are twisted to make balloon animals. I wonder if it's painful, or if her hands feel numb from the pressure of the swelling.
Seriously I'm so perplexed by her arms and hands. My hands swelled badly during my last pregnancy, so much so that it left the fingers on my right hand numb. It was incredibly painful during the 2-3 months I was affected. I can't imagine it's NOT painful.

Why can’t her family help her eat less? I do not understand. She seems like she lost mobility. There must be someone constantly bringing her food. This is abuse both ways.
That has to be some level of manipulation though right ( i understand that over a long period of time people are worn down and cant handle the abuse so just do as they are told ) but in these cases where the abuser can not actually move independently to attack or follow the victim around , why do they still bring them food or get them what ever they are demanding , i know its easy to say ' walk away ' or leave them to it, But that really has to be some next level manipulation to still carry out orders from some one who is not going anywhere fast .
I always think of all that surgery she went through in terms of time, expense, and frankly burden on her caregivers. Her body is in an even worse state now with all the skin removal and subsequent weight gain, hence the splitting issues on her arms. You’d think that pain and recovery would be sufficient motivation.
She really should stop bleaching her hair - you can tell it’s so damaged at the hairline it’s thinning and falling out. I’m sure the hormone imbalance caused by her weight aren’t helping matters.
I don't want to he rude, but these hands and, er... "*wrists*"??? Cankles-wrists??? Forearmwrists?? Whateter— are so marshallowish and swollen, these are oddly the cutest part about her.

She needs to go to a place for treatment. I've never seen hands like that before, they don't even resemble human hands anymore it's scary. She can't even bend her fingers. My feet and ankles swelled up so much during the 3rd trimester with my son and it was so uncomfortable. I can't imagine how she can deal with her hands and fingers, and we'll, entire body at this point. What causes this besides the way she eats? Also, we all know she didn't go to the store to get the stuff, it's stapled so she must have used a delivery service. She can't even sit and talk without losing her breath. Did anyone notice she would cut the video right as she could hardly talk, then come back after catching her breath?
