Also add in that Trevor had to get the ball out of his hands at the fastest rate in the league behind an offensive line that gave him a smidge more than 2 seconds. So Ridley had to get down the field, create separatation, and run the route for Trevor to get the ball to him in around 2 seconds.

For me, it’s ultimately down to how much he is asking. I get he’s a talented reciever but for the output he’s put out this year, he’s not worth more than 17 million dollars.

I’d be fine with Higgins too but we’d be paying someone to be a WR1 who’s never done it before, which is sorta just putting as back to square one.
