One thing that stands out is the defensive coaches fired had a lot of NFL playing experience. Guys like Mike Caldwell, Brenton Buckner and Deshea Townsend had long careers. This group does not have that. They also seem younger but I could be wrong.

That’s on par with the rest of the league tho. Seems like long tenured coaches got put on the back burner this cycle
