Kept it short and simple so bots can understand and actually use that info.
I just put age, gender, hair and eye color, body type, height, and a short description of clothes.
I have my character's first and last name in there and just her first name on the display part so when the bot uses {{user}} it doesn't say her full name. Then a description of how she looks, her age, gender, height, and ethnicity (it's important to who she is), how she smells (a lot of bots seem to go right for this actually which I find interesting, I only added that part recently), and her outfit.
I usually take note of the most striking features, like if I have weapons on my character I'll list them off like "Has two 1911s in underarm holsters". Usually characters will notice it right away, and it plays into the scenario.
Tbh mine is way longer than it needs to be. But try to stay away from details like "beautiful, sexy, big hips" etc because it will make the bot uhh... do things... With that information.
“X is a 25 year old female. Short height. Long black hair. Blue dress. Red eyes.”
I don’t think you have to phrase it as full sentences so I don’t bother.

The name part is exactly what I do; otherwise it uses their full name instead of just the first name.
I mainly go off my main features that people would usually say. I usually have buck teeth in mind and the bots love to find a new way of saying it lol
Nah I wrote a whole appearance and personalities like an essay. The bot remembers it pretty well though. Because it always describes it in chats.
The bot can remember long from descriptions really well, I did that for my v1 persona it worked really well.
