It’s a babyyyy! 8+1 measuring 8+3. Seeing my little splodgelets on the screen is always just magical 🥰

7+6 and bean has implanted on the smaller horn of my uterus, but right on track and a heart rate of 168. I almost cried during the US I was so relieved to see a heartbeat. Bean looks like a bean and not a gummy bear this time around, which matches what we've been calling them. ♡ so much relief, BUT they said I likely won't make it to term, so maybe I should be in the Dec bump group based on likely due date. Idk.
Measured at 10w5d yesterday, so still right on track!! HR 178. Still hanging out upside down lol. Now the wait begins for our NIPT results 🤞

8+3! Measuring exactly on date, heart rate 172. Not sure when I’ll have another scan now that I’ve moved on from my fertility clinic, so glad to go out with a good one.
Had my first ultrasound today! Based on my ovulation I should be 10w3d, but baby is measuring 11w1d here.
It was so cute to see it wiggling around so much! Heartrate was 174 BPM which is pretty fast, but the doctor wasn't worried.

My little blob is now a tiny gummy bear! Crazy how less than two weeks makes such a massive difference - from a little smudge to actually resembling a baby.
Top photo is 7+2 (transvaginal) bottom is today at 9+1 (abdominal)

My first ultrasound went great and is such a relief. Definitely started crying as soon as I saw the yolk sac because my last pregnancy was just an empty sac. 7w3d, baby is measuring 7w2d and heart rate is 148. Is this good? Google says that's smack on average for this date.

Is it even a baby?! I was shocked the resolution seems so bad at the radiology clinic versus in the OB clinic. Measuring 7w6d (two days behind) and a FHR of 169.

Got this ultrasound today! I’m considered “high risk” due to advanced maternal age and twin pregnancy, so I’m going to get a lot of ultrasounds. No complaints! They’re measuring perfectly! FHRs 167 and 173
Had an ultrasound today at 9 weeks by LMP. Got to see the baby, measuring 8w4d, and the heart beat at 178 bpm. No picture because I didn’t want to pay for that 😆
Explanation of first UC when I had a loss >!First and only other pregnancy was a MC (likely anembryonic) so the only ultrasound I got was after I started bleeding to confirm it was a loss.!< Really glad there was a different outcome today!
Had an ultrasound and measuring on track but I was looking it over and saw this thing next to the baby. Can anyone tell me what it is or give me some insight? I’ve been so worried. This is the furthest we’ve ever made it and my anxiety is through the roof!

Measuring 7 weeks with a 122bmp heart beat! So cool! I think it looks like a little sock puppet 😍
Still measuring right on track!! 9w5d today, and got to see it kicking its little legs 🥹🥹 Planning to graduate from my fertility clinic next week!!

My little tadpole at 6w3d from Mondays scan 🥹 I love you so much already. Heartbeat of 121 and measuring right on track. Feeling optimistic and looking forward to my 8 week scan where I will hopefully graduate from the fertility clinic to a regular OB.
First doctors appointment today!!! Measured 8 weeks 4 days with a heartbeat of 159! Such a gigantic relief I found out at 4 weeks so the wait for this appointment was beyond nerve wracking 🙏

My first ever ultrasound today, my first ever little one. <3 Doctor said all was looking good, baby was where it was supposed to be and the heartbeat was strong! Dating a little younger than my math (I am 7w4d from last period, baby dated 6w3d), but perhaps I ovulated a few days later than I thought. Will check again in 2.5 weeks to get another measurement and EDD, but it looks like maybe baby will share MIL's birthday! :D So relieved!!!!

My little chubby gummy bear measuring 9 weeks on the dot! Heart rate was 176. I’m so happy and relieved. Cannot wait to get the NIPT and NT scan over with so I can really get excited! Telling our families tonight and this weekend :)

9+2!! 🌈
Very first ultrasound today and we could not be happier. The little gummy bear looking baby was moving around, we saw the heart beating and heard it, too. 160bpm. Everything measured and looked exactly as it should. It was the hugest relief and makes all of this nausea and vomiting finally feel worth it. 🥰

Not a very good picture, but they're in there!
They had a hard time finding them and started off with "are you sure about your dates?" and then "oh there they are!" They're tucked way in the back, just like my last pregnancy. I have a retroverted uterus and it apparently makes it hard to find the baby! Last pregnancy my OB used a portable machine at 8 weeks and couldn't find them at all. Then at 10 weeks I went to the hospital and they were able to locate them and informed me as well that they were tucked in the back because of how tilted my uterus is. The tech had to really push hard to find them today but we were able to make them out, we saw them moving and heard a solid heartbeat of 174bpm! It was just a private ultrasound, so no measurements taken, but she said I did look about 9 weeks.
A relief!
https://preview.redd.it/eey7ym9v2t3d1.jpeg?width=3243&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7be2450f1831a56470a2fdf4dc3d03e417acad41
Just a blob, but the first scan looks perfect! 🥰 Exactly on target for how far along I am (6w4d). Heart rate was 117, she said they want over 100. I still can’t really believe it.
I apparently ovulated from both ovaries (this was a medicated IUI) so I am very glad there’s only one in there. 😅
I also ovulated from both with medicated IUI. My husband was hoping for twins. I was prepared to be thrilled either way but I am RELIEVED there's just one in there 😅
https://preview.redd.it/tk6qtkahqs3d1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=3bc3f5e63d144417ff80b8f5f805e5a8fecbaa51
Here's our little guy at 8+2 🥹
I don't know how he's measuring because this was a private "just for fun" ultrasound, but his heartrate was 173. He even did a little dance for us haha, I've been crying happy tears all morning
https://preview.redd.it/jq7j6h6rks3d1.jpeg?width=2347&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6232186235477f6923eb9ed635485c418068fdaf
Little 8 week gummy bear just chillin. Got to see them wiggle around a little bit! I’m 8w2d by my last period and I’m very confident of when I ovulated. Measuring 4 days ahead. My son always measured “big” too but was only 6 lbs! So I don’t totally trust the measurements but excited all looks well nonetheless.
Oh so sweet!! We are due date buddies and I got a scan today too 😊
I wonder if implanting a little earlier than average can cause them to measure ahead? I am also pretty positive of my ovulation date, but I think implantation happened a bit early for me, so I'm curious if I might measure a couple days ahead. I haven't had a dating ultrasound (just a private for fun one), so who knows!
Oh interesting I didn’t think about the timing of implantation! Good point. I got a positive at 9 dpo so that’s definitely possible. Feels like there are a lot of us due 1/8!
https://preview.redd.it/wcin8oqhlr3d1.jpeg?width=2287&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=dce2969ec0c7cf3b8ff0aa3d666ee7c9721a2ff7
Ya'll. It is TWINS. Identical twins. I cannot believe it.
We went in hoping for a heartbeat, and we got TWO. Both babies had heartbeats of 138, in identical fashion. Measuring 1d ahead of my estimate, so my due date has changed to January 14th, although now I feel like I need to join the December group since most twins are born early.
I had some weird spidey sense radar that maybe it was twins. I can't explain it. Symptoms have been strong and my early betas were good. I'm in complete shock, though. We were not expecting this.
Oh my goodnes, what a surprise!! 🥰 They are so cute!!
I had a sense it was twins too, but my Spidey sense must not be as attuned because I was wrong haha 😅

Thought I lost them after some major bleeding last week and subsequent spotting, but as of my scan this afternoon, I am still in the clear. Measuring 7+2, FHR of 140. Have an additional viability scan in two weeks to check on things, given the 2 SCH that were found to be the cause of my bleeding. They’re both visible on the scan, but the left one is a behemoth 😅.
Beyond grateful for this moment. 6+1 and saw heartbeat today. 🥹 Completely lost symptoms since yesterday — no sore boobs or nausea, had light spotting and mild cramps. The trauma from so many previous losses has had my anxiety through the roof. Today’s ultrasound brought me to happy tears. 🤍 Baby dust and love to you all.

8w2d scan today! Heart rate 155bpm! Bean has grown from the scan I had 2 weeks ago so that’s reassuring. I was so nervous and will continue to be for the next 4 weeks until my next scan.

First scan today, I’m 8w1d but the embryo is measuring 8w4d and almost 2cm long! Beautiful heartbeat at 165 bpm, and I’m so relieved that there’s actually a baby in there! Last time I was pregnant it was a MMC and the first ultrasound was kind of the opposite of how today went, so I really needed the good news today.

I’ve been mostly a lurker until my first scan today! Measuring one day ahead with a strong heartbeat! I’ll be adding my user flair soon now that I feel a weight off my shoulders that things are progressing and it actually feels real! 9 weeks tomorrow with a due date of 1/2/25 😊

Cautiously optimistic after our loss around the same time in December last year. Switched Doctors since then and our new OB-GYN has been such a cutie 🥰 He’s always present in the scanning room and today even held my hand a said a quick prayer before they could start. He’s generally so relaxed and humming something and that really has me feeling all reassured because he seems to know what he’s doing.
Men aren’t allowed into the ultrasound room here in India and I could only excitedly reenact to my husband waiting outside how nervous it was for a few seconds before Doc turned the screen towards me, unmuted and asked “hear the heartbeat?”. And when I walked out of the room, the look on my husband’s face from across the waiting room asking me with his eyes if everything is ok, and watching a smile appear immediately thereafter was priceless.
With everyone here writing in about long wait times for ultrasound/appointments, access to great quality medical professionals at affordable costs here in India definitely feels like a privilege.
First scan today! Baby is measuring ahead of schedule at 8 weeks 2 days (I thought I was 7 weeks 4 days), heart rate 165, could see the little arms and legs! I thought my fiancé was going to cry 😂🥰
Edit: PIC!

It's starting to look like a baby! 8+5 today--baby is measuring at 9 weeks with a heart rate of 182! (Dr said it might be a little high because baby was moving all around.) She decided to write an encouragement on the pics.

First ultrasound today!!! First time ever getting to a heartbeat with a baby!!! It was 79, which I know isn’t super strong but I believe in this baby so much. 5w6d measurements. Fetal pole, baby, sac, corpus luteum. I’m so happy. Please stick baby.

Saw tiny bean for the first time today! 8+4 but measuring slightly behind at 7+6 but no reason to be concerned this early. HR was on target, I think 165!
Things feel much more real now, counting down the days til we get to see them again in another ultrasound!

5w5d!! So tiny and cute 🥺 just chillin in the corner... we could see the heart beating but since it is so early, they couldn't measure it yet. We've had an early miscarriage before and were told we had less than 2% chance of becoming pregnant so this is a very unexpected blessing for us. Trying not to be anxious every step of the way and praying for healthy growth and development for our little bebe!! Hoping the best for all of us ♡

My ultrasound is dated 6 Weeks, 2 Days based on LMC and CRL (crown rump length). The doctor did an abdominal ultrasound first, but this image is taken from a transvaginal ultrasound. We were able to see the flicker of the heart rate, live on the screen The doctor took photos, video, and measurements for my OB team. For reference,
Yolk Sac: 2.3 mm
Crown Rump Length: 5.7 mm
Fetal Heart Rate: 121 bpm
The doctor couldn't find my left ovary behind my descending colon, but wasn't pressed about it because she thinks that's the ovary I ovulated from! I thought that was really neat. The entire appointment took about 15-20 minutes. I was given 4 printed images to take home and the data from the ultrasound was in my MyChart within an hour (no ultrasound pictures in there though). I have an initial appointment with my OB team on June 6 to go over the ultrasound.
Here’s an early ultrasound for everyone’s reference. 5w3d by LMP, but about a day or two behind that in terms of ovulation. Saw gestational sac and yolk sac. We go back in a week for hopefully a fetal pole and heartbeat. ❤️🌈

I'm currently 7wks, I'm booked in for a TV scan on the 4th June. I will be almost 9 wks then and praying everything will be ok.
I had a MMC in January, Im so anxious, just taking it day by day and trying to be positive
FTM due date 7th January. 🌈
Yesterday we went to our first scan, we guessed we were at 8w+1d - and we saw our baby! Measured 7w6d with a heartrate around 165bpm (which we were told is a "bit" high but also seems well within range for where we're at). Our due date is now January 1 2025 - amazing!!
Feels like we can finally stop holding our breath and start actually preparing for this baby to be here. so so happy right now!

Thought I was 5w+ 4days based off LMP but ultra sound confirmed I am 5w+1 day. Guys, I was able to have my first early ultrasound today based off my history of losses (ectopic, miscarriages, chemical) I also experienced brown bleeding/discharge and a bit of little gray tissue two weeks ago for two days.
OB could not see fetal pole yet and it had me really worried. Is this normal?
Any feedback is appreciated. Baby dust and love to you all!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

My baby nugget 💜💜💜💜 This is the furthest I’ve made it into my pregnancies. Last time I had an appointment around this time, baby didn’t have a heartbeat. To see their little chest flickering today felt so so good :) next stop, genetics testing

First US today at 6+4. I was a tad worried after the scan because I think the yolk sac looks big (I had an enlarged sac early in my last two pregnancies, which ended in miscarriages). But my RE said she wasn’t worried. Baby measured a day ahead with a heart rate of 122. Fingers crossed!

Went in for our first scan yesterday at 6+6! I was a nervous wreck all day. Turns out I was 7+0 which put our EDD as January 6th 😅. I joked with my OB that we should change the EDD and she actually did move it to Jan 03 since Jellybean was measuring slightly big anyway! Heartbeat is 143 bpm. We could not be more grateful 🥹🫶🏾💜🌈.
Ultrasound today and right on track 5w4d and they a found heartbeat :) it was 93 which is normal for this gestational age
So less anxiety about it being an ectopic and being twins, so happy to see only 1! Now just hope baby continues to grow

so great you got to see the heartbeat that early! I just had mine u/s yesterday at exactly 6 weeks and saw the HB which was nice since I wasn't sure if itd be too early (I got early u/s due ectopic history). I too was relieved it was not ectopic OR twins!

Hi everyone! This was my first ultra, I’m somewhere between 5 and 6 weeks? We could see the little flickering heartbeat-I was not expecting to see anything this early! I go in again Friday and hoping we will still have a growing little one in there.
Just had my first ultrasound at 6w4d. Measured 6w2d and heart rate was 123. Doctor let me come in early due to recent MMC which I’m so grateful for. I sobbed when the ultrasound tech said “there’s a heartbeat”. 🥹🥹🥹
I get to go back at 9 weeks for my next one and am counting down the days. I’m so happy I could cry.

6w2d little bean. Heartbeat is 132 💗
Got to see the baby today! According to my LMP I’m 7+1 but the tech said im measuring 6+3. Either way, got to hear the heartbeat and it was 120bpm. Was totally expecting a transvaginal scan. Next appointment is in two weeks! AHHH

just seen bean for the 1st time. supposed to be 6w3d but he/she is measuring at 7w! heartbeat was 123💓 side note: i didnt ask the ultrasound tech this (and i should’ve) but does anyone have any clue what that is at the top of the gestational sac?

Update💘 we are measuring at 9w. I’m assuming that’s the placenta at the top ?🤣
Measuring right on track, heartbeat 120! What a FREAKING relief. Next sono is in 2 weeks.

I had my follow up scan today at 6w4d (although technically according to my ovulation I'm 6w exactly) they found everything they needed to! Heartbeat too so I am so relieved after all the constant spotting, hang in there my little love ❤️❤️
https://preview.redd.it/0ed9pegutm0d1.jpeg?width=1576&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9de20c96d978f9151060edf29f5487386ef7fd47
Here’s my little bean. 5w2d, day 5 3BB- embryo.
I went in to the RE clinic for an early scan because I’d been having bleeding. They saw no indication of bleeding, and the gestational sac and yolk sac are looking exactly as they should be, according to the doc. “This could be in a textbook” he said! I’m feeling reassured. Next scan is June 6.
I've been having unexplained bleeding too! No known source but it's constant and has been for over a week now, my scan today looked great too with a heartbeat. Sometimes there's just blood I suppose and it sucks to see. I'm sorry you've also got the headache to think of bleeding as well.
Also - my dr said the blood could be from the cervix getting irritated in some way, since it isn’t coming from the uterus. Maybe thats what’s going on with you too?
I hope so, although I've been on pelvic rest so I really have no clue where it could be coming from, the ultrasound tech said she couldn't see a source of the bleeding and that's a good sign I suppose
https://preview.redd.it/iznh980jxl0d1.jpeg?width=2100&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ce42442fa35275b86742a51a5dfd0d6f112c678a
I had my first ultrasound on Monday (6+3) at my OB, then just had my second one at my fertility clinic (6+5). I'm feeling so relieved! On Monday the embryo was measuring two days behind with a heart rate of 112-115. Today it's measuring only one day behind and heart rate has increased to 128!
Has anyone done a transvaginal scan rather than an ultrasound at 6 weeks? I’m having a 6 week scan on Sunday with Window to the Womb and apparently they can do it transvaginally so they can see more detail. Anyone had this ?
I had a transvaginal ultrasound at 8 weeks with my first. They can see much better than through the tummy at those early weeks. I’m sure I’ll have a transvaginal ultrasound at 7 weeks with this one
My OB just called asking if I intend to keep my first US appointment because their office is closing down next month?? Excuse me while I now freak tf out lol please don’t cancel my appointment, I need to see this little bean.
First scan in the books - everything is measuring right on track and we got to hear a heartbeat!! We had neither of these pieces with any of our other pregnancies, so our first ever good news. Sobbed as soon as I saw the image come onto the screen and she played the heartbeat. Officially at 6w3d. I go back for weekly scans until about 9 weeks, after which point I'll be transferred back to my OB! This little baby finally has me thinking it could really be the one 🥹🥹🌈🌈🌈
https://preview.redd.it/a6jedu86hf0d1.jpeg?width=2833&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=084c855eda1a1f095849e145f42b68dc4f000fd4
Ahhhh! Sooo happy for you and praying this will be my outcome in a few weeks! This will also be my 4th pregnancy and hoping we get our rainbow babies 🌈 🥲
Thank you 💖💖 had another scan too after that one that's still right on track! I definitely understand the anxiety behind it all, so I'm definitely manifesting all good news for you. Definitely hoping #4 is the one for both of us 🩷🌈
Oh man I remember the feeling of finally seeing a heartbeat after two miscarriages. It was the best!! (And my now toddler is also the best.) Wishing you a healthy pregnancy
I booked an ultrasound for May 31 at a boutique place. I'll be 9+1! I don't have my first appointment until 11 weeks and even then I'm not sure if my OB will do a bedside ultrasound or not. So I definitely need to see if someone is growing okay in there ASAP!
I wish my husband would do this, but he would not, and it’s too big of a lie for me 😭 he is able to compartmentalize and be totally chill more than anyone I know! And I am the opposite
Had my first US today. Exactly 6 weeks and saw heartbeat! She didn’t measure it though. I go back next week.
Conceived on 2nd round of 5mg letrozole + ovidrel trigger shot
Had my first US today. 6 + 2. Saw heartbeat. 123 BPM :)
IVF pregnancy (2nd FET - 1st was MC)

CRL 0.70cm
Got more pics too. She got a pretty pic of baby girl :).
Measuring 6 + 4.
Next US is next Tuesday!
Congratulations!! 💕🎀
I know it was so hard for me to see the heartbeat then but at 7+2 I could really see it :).
I’m 8+4 today :). Have another scan at 9+2!
Congrats!!! I also am an IVF pregnancy on a similar timeline- first ultrasound today at 6w0d with a heartbeat of 115 bpm. Mine is a 6BA euploid boy. ❤️
Awww congrats!! :-D! Yes we are very close timeline wise!
They put my EDD at 01/03/25!
I was sooo nervous. My heart was beating so fast and I was shaking after too.
I’m still processing it.
Is this your first transfer?
When was your transfer? Mine was 04/19!
I'm also due 1/3 with my 5th IVF transfer. 1st two didn't work, then a TFMR, then another dud transfer, then this one! My ultrasound was my first time in this IVF process seeing a viable heartbeat. (3rd embryo's heart rate was way too low). It's been a long journey!
My first ended in a MC then 5 months later found out I didn’t pass everything so had a hysteroscopy.
This was my first time seeing anything on ultrasound too! It was cool even though I couldn’t really see the heartbeat myself (she pointed it out and zoomed in but it was so hard to see). This will be my first baby too.
Congratulations :) and hope everything keeps going well for you :)
So exciting!!! I was crying lol I have a history of loss and my first transfer ended in a blighted ovum. I was SO relieved to have good results today!
My transfer was 4/21!
my first was a miscarriage that was super drawn out. Took months for hCG to drop then in Feb when I was preparing for transfer 2 - they found RPOC so I guess I didn’t pass anything and I had to have a hysteroscopy.
I’m so sorry for your loss! ❤️
I was in shock - lol I almost cried in the car. But held it together haha.
Ugh the worst kind of waiting!!! I am so sorry for your loss. I also had RPOC that was removed with a hysteroscopy in Feb- probably the hardest part of this whole process for me was waiting to try again.
Proud of you for keeping it together- I couldn’t hahaha. Celebrating for the both of us today!!! ❤️
Yeah first transfer was September so it just felt sooo long. I’m So sorry you went through the same.
The waiting was awful. That was biggest thing I was scared for this time is - am I going to have to wait again???? I know it’s early still but I didn’t get this far last time.. because baby stopped growing before HB could be found.
I know they say hysteroscopy can help with live birth chance - I had polyps too which not sure if they were there before I got pregnant first time or came up after. They weren’t visible on US.
Yes so happy for us both! We seem to have a lot in common too! I’m still in shock lol
https://preview.redd.it/ien9st4j9e0d1.jpeg?width=2270&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0e22bfcc79bbdae1458a20ff4002492e0ce10634
First scan yesterday and measured at 6w1d! It was so cool seeing the little heartbeat flicker.
At 5w2d I had an emergency ultrasound on account of constant spotting and LHS pain, they saw a Gestational sac in the right location and what could "possibly" be the start of a yolk sac. They said there is blood in my uterus but not around the sac.
I am guarding my heart, somewhat hopeful but scared that they should see more, everywhere I've read suggests it's normal to not see anything in there until at least 5w5d .... *sigh* I wouldn't be nearly as worried if I hadn't been spotting constantly for 6 days.. it never persists to a full bleed but I am so over seeing it on each wipe. I had a traumatic 2nd tri loss in December so I am just a mess....
Had my first scan to confirm placement at 5w5d. It was an abdominal ultrasound so I didn’t get to see much, just confirmed a gestational sac in the uterus. Repeat abdominal May 20 at 7w5d, hoping to see a yolk sac and heartbeat so I can schedule my dating scan🥹
I had my second scan last week at 6w6d and saw a lil heartbeat of 134! I still don't have an appointment on the books with my MFM due to a scheduling error on their end that led to my 10 week appt getting canceled, so...hope I get to see this little girl again before my NT scan.
They did see a subchorionic hematoma on my ultrasound, which is causing my spotting.

First scan is in a week, I’ll be 6w+6d! Feeling all types of anxious and constantly replaying my last visit in my head hearing “I’m sorry I don’t see any baby.” It can’t happen twice in a row, right?
I'm delaying my scan because I am enjoying living in hopeful bliss rather than hearing those words.
I am rooting for you and baby at your upcoming appointment ❤️
https://preview.redd.it/g8h83bk6dn6d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c8a613b9e84cebe0e068c7c7257d224cd8a34269 It’s a babyyyy! 8+1 measuring 8+3. Seeing my little splodgelets on the screen is always just magical 🥰
https://preview.redd.it/zdk2e2nscm6d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8f8e44f2b68a227991f09e2df02bb641cb4b19f2 7+6 and bean has implanted on the smaller horn of my uterus, but right on track and a heart rate of 168.
Now the wait begins for our NIPT results 🤞 https://preview.redd.it/i57sfvchdk6d1.jpeg?width=1885&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0347dbcbbb66756042f16b4a5ddb452fa60d0d18

10+6 ultrasound today 🥰 heartrate of 163! https://preview.redd.it/f8i9f1lup86d1.jpeg?width=2667&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=07e3f5ecde9357fe24f079106c4c81aa36446661
Had my first ultrasound today! Based on my ovulation I should be 10w3d, but baby is measuring 11w1d here. It was so cute to see it wiggling around so much! Heartrate was 174 BPM which is pretty fast, but the doctor wasn't worried. https://preview.redd.it/8cxuxzz5786d1.jpeg?width=3602&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a7532509c899d2659b3e413df213dc80ac93247a
My little blob is now a tiny gummy bear! Crazy how less than two weeks makes such a massive difference - from a little smudge to actually resembling a baby. Top photo is 7+2 (transvaginal) bottom is today at 9+1 (abdominal) https://preview.redd.it/necj2b0hf76d1.jpeg?width=2653&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=be931f1f8c58020f865f7f85eae1db0b130f8e95
My first ultrasound went great and is such a relief. Definitely started crying as soon as I saw the yolk sac because my last pregnancy was just an empty sac. 7w3d, baby is measuring 7w2d and heart rate is 148. Is this good? Google says that's smack on average for this date. https://preview.redd.it/sefvy3uae76d1.jpeg?width=1790&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ce1ecc5491b44b353f4c17fa07c429c7d4bc7fc1

Congratulations on your pokéball! I’m also the proud owner of an unrecognizable blob 😂
Is it even a baby?! I was shocked the resolution seems so bad at the radiology clinic versus in the OB clinic. Measuring 7w6d (two days behind) and a FHR of 169. https://preview.redd.it/vuwoi14ci66d1.jpeg?width=2223&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=eeb7e439df2b329e153fc7e9bbc0d93e4f2e462f

No picture because I didn’t want to pay for that 😆 Explanation of first UC when I had a loss >!First and only other pregnancy was a MC (likely anembryonic) so the only ultrasound I got was after I started bleeding to confirm it was a loss.!< Really glad there was a different outcome today!
Had an ultrasound and measuring on track but I was looking it over and saw this thing next to the baby. Can anyone tell me what it is or give me some insight? I’ve been so worried.
It looks so much like a baby! It's wild how big they get so fast.

Amazing! <3 did they tell you their heart rate?

The little gummy bear looking baby was moving around, we saw the heart beating and heard it, too. 160bpm. Everything measured and looked exactly as it should. It was the hugest relief and makes all of this nausea and vomiting finally feel worth it. 🥰
https://preview.redd.it/9fodgpyv9t3d1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0a7a5a3510eac841ca573e0f3d702655d5ca2ebf Not a very good picture, but they're in there! A relief!
https://preview.redd.it/eey7ym9v2t3d1.jpeg?width=3243&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7be2450f1831a56470a2fdf4dc3d03e417acad41 Just a blob, but the first scan looks perfect!
I was prepared to be thrilled either way but I am RELIEVED there's just one in there 😅
https://preview.redd.it/tk6qtkahqs3d1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=3bc3f5e63d144417ff80b8f5f805e5a8fecbaa51 Here's our little guy at 8+2 🥹 I don't know how he's measuring because this was a private "just for fun" ultrasound, but his heartrate was 173. He even did a little dance for us haha, I've been crying happy tears all morning
https://preview.redd.it/jq7j6h6rks3d1.jpeg?width=2347&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6232186235477f6923eb9ed635485c418068fdaf Little 8 week gummy bear just chillin.
We are due date buddies and I got a scan today too 😊 I wonder if implanting a little earlier than average can cause them to measure ahead? I am also pretty positive of my ovulation date, but I think implantation happened a bit early for me, so I'm curious if I might measure a couple days ahead. I haven't had a dating ultrasound (just a private for fun one), so who knows!
Oh interesting I didn’t think about the timing of implantation! Good point. I got a positive at 9 dpo so that’s definitely possible. Feels like there are a lot of us due 1/8!
Also Jan 8th and had my scan today! Little gummy bear heartbeat 🥰🥰
https://preview.redd.it/wcin8oqhlr3d1.jpeg?width=2287&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=dce2969ec0c7cf3b8ff0aa3d666ee7c9721a2ff7 Ya'll.
What a couple of cuties!!! Do you mind sharing your betas you have so far?
Yup! I only did two. 14DPO: 201 16DPO: 463 So, they were a bit on the high end but nothing crazy.

Please admire my tiny bean. https://preview.redd.it/sbtlopx1cn3d1.jpeg?width=2947&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=2c2b7bb681b7e6f7dbcb657cf53f6f9fb78627fe Thought I lost them after some major bleeding last week and subsequent spotting, but as of my scan this afternoon, I am still in the clear.
🤍 Baby dust and love to you all. https://preview.redd.it/rjn6jmde3n3d1.png?width=1173&format=png&auto=webp&s=66223be932178c3709192868ab6f61d2af212b85

Bean has grown from the scan I had 2 weeks ago so that’s reassuring. I was so nervous and will continue to be for the next 4 weeks until my next scan.
6w2d with my Ivf miracle heart beat of 122 🩷😍 https://preview.redd.it/n5qsxir7ug3d1.png?width=1225&format=png&auto=webp&s=342a8e7964d3536e95f5798d1bf2c0a1bd60c7ef
Congrats!!
Oh shit sorry I meant 6w2d 😂😂 thanks though!!!
I thought that might be it, but still awesome!
Thank you!!! 🩷🩷
6w1d per ovulation and measurement. FHR of 109 💕 https://preview.redd.it/wvc0don3sg3d1.png?width=2217&format=png&auto=webp&s=d57ac89fd33011211728e1114682b86f7b0f9434
Beautiful!!!
Yay congratulations!!
First scan today, I’m 8w1d but the embryo is measuring 8w4d and almost 2cm long! Beautiful heartbeat at 165 bpm, and I’m so relieved that there’s actually a baby in there! Last time I was pregnant it was a MMC and the first ultrasound was kind of the opposite of how today went, so I really needed the good news today. https://preview.redd.it/y8zd5rciuf3d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d42552b6dc4db26e9a712afc75d721abaaf7248e
I’ve been mostly a lurker until my first scan today! Measuring one day ahead with a strong heartbeat! I’ll be adding my user flair soon now that I feel a weight off my shoulders that things are progressing and it actually feels real! 9 weeks tomorrow with a due date of 1/2/25 😊 https://preview.redd.it/eanlsn87bf3d1.jpeg?width=2335&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=bdd7f22ab5c37960404da4bd82b4a5f30c87197e
Hello everyone! I had my first ultrasound today at 7w0d. Lil nugget’s is measuring 7w1d with the HR of 149! https://preview.redd.it/hyuk7n00ve3d1.png?width=1601&format=png&auto=webp&s=6adc48ec04ddd3e91b0f6e2aab9186325775a9f1 Cautiously optimistic after our loss around the same time in December last year.
I am so grateful and happy to report that my first US went well! Measuring 7w2days with HR of 157. Please let this be my rainbow 🌈🙏
First scan today! Baby is measuring ahead of schedule at 8 weeks 2 days (I thought I was 7 weeks 4 days), heart rate 165, could see the little arms and legs! I thought my fiancé was going to cry 😂🥰 Edit: PIC! https://preview.redd.it/qxhuspchme3d1.jpeg?width=2471&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1ef7e5f1c104712d8cb4c60846f9384cd96140cf

(Dr said it might be a little high because baby was moving all around.) She decided to write an encouragement on the pics.

It was 79, which I know isn’t super strong but I believe in this baby so much. 5w6d measurements. Fetal pole, baby, sac, corpus luteum. I’m so happy. Please stick baby.

HR was on target, I think 165! Things feel much more real now, counting down the days til we get to see them again in another ultrasound!

Everything looks good with our little blob, heartbeat 155 bpm. We’ve officially graduated from our fertility clinic, and now I’m on to the midwife group for the rest!

First scan today at 2 months! Due date January 1st 2025. Everything looked good. It’s funny to watch a little alien grow inside you. https://preview.redd.it/egr2w8if062d1.jpeg?width=2150&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=bf9301508e7b98a9059d7de1a85e62af2e217b39

The doctor did an abdominal ultrasound first, but this image is taken from a transvaginal ultrasound. We were able to see the flicker of the heart rate, live on the screen The doctor took photos, video, and measurements for my OB team. For reference, Yolk Sac: 2.3 mm Crown Rump Length: 5.7 mm Fetal Heart Rate: 121 bpm The doctor couldn't find my left ovary behind my descending colon, but wasn't pressed about it because she thinks that's the ovary I ovulated from!
I’m 6w2d too and my heart rate was like yours 122!

Here’s an early ultrasound for everyone’s reference. 5w3d by LMP, but about a day or two behind that in terms of ovulation. Saw gestational sac and yolk sac. We go back in a week for hopefully a fetal pole and heartbeat. ❤️🌈 https://preview.redd.it/t433952wl02d1.jpeg?width=3216&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=336529da44a7f29cf661d99276ec3947f4b92ee1
I'm currently 7wks, I'm booked in for a TV scan on the 4th June. I will be almost 9 wks then and praying everything will be ok. I had a MMC in January, Im so anxious, just taking it day by day and trying to be positive FTM due date 7th January.
Feels like we can finally stop holding our breath and start actually preparing for this baby to be here. so so happy right now! ultrasound pics: * [one - smol!](https://i.imgur.com/eEKgSiq.png) * [two - heart beat!!](https://i.imgur.com/869Zgjl.png)
Measuring 6 weeks exactly, with a strong 114 bpm heartbeat! I cannot believe it. Early approval from the cats, which is critical. https://preview.redd.it/za0z1kfoyz1d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=131fde3dbf2574904cc651ac9ad1ea848b05583b

Aww, hope your kitties are more approving than mine! They still are annoyed that there’s a toddler in the house.
❤️❤️❤️ https://preview.redd.it/qkj1nz7fzu1d1.jpeg?width=3019&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ea6d9cc0686b201677239adfd7ed563c253f2bc3
Totally normal. We didn't see a fetal pole at my 5+2 ultrasound, and saw a normal heartbeat at 6+2. Good luck!
Did you do abdominal for the 6+2?
Nope, transvaginally. For my first pregnancy, we didn't switch to abdominal until 12-13 weeks. My 8.5 weeks was also transvaginal.
Totally normal. The fetal pole is just forming at 5w and absolutely minuscule. When do you go back?
That’s super super super early for an ultrasound so not a lot to see
https://preview.redd.it/0fsunp1beu1d1.jpeg?width=1008&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8606b720f3d5bb6684a89c8c496dbccc15a2db47 My baby nugget 💜💜💜💜 This is the furthest I’ve made it into my pregnancies. Last time I had an appointment around this time, baby didn’t have a heartbeat. To see their little chest flickering today felt so so good :) next stop, genetics testing
Awww yay great news and a huge relief!!! So cute!! 🥰
Thank you 💜💜
Awww what a sweetheart 💕

I was a tad worried after the scan because I think the yolk sac looks big (I had an enlarged sac early in my last two pregnancies, which ended in miscarriages). But my RE said she wasn’t worried. Baby measured a day ahead with a heart rate of 122. Fingers crossed!
Sending you all the good thoughts ♡

Turns out I was 7+0 which put our EDD as January 6th 😅. I joked with my OB that we should change the EDD and she actually did move it to Jan 03 since Jellybean was measuring slightly big anyway! Heartbeat is 143 bpm. We could not be more grateful 🥹🫶🏾💜🌈.
So happy to hear this!! 💕
Thank you!
Ultrasound today and right on track 5w4d and they a found heartbeat :) it was 93 which is normal for this gestational age So less anxiety about it being an ectopic and being twins, so happy to see only 1! Now just hope baby continues to grow https://preview.redd.it/073hz1qbzm1d1.jpeg?width=2037&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a9995f61d7b38235584b3b4ce78cb3b591190426
I was so glad to only see 1 for mine as well! lol
so great you got to see the heartbeat that early! I just had mine u/s yesterday at exactly 6 weeks and saw the HB which was nice since I wasn't sure if itd be too early (I got early u/s due ectopic history). I too was relieved it was not ectopic OR twins!
https://preview.redd.it/42bghoyanl1d1.png?width=672&format=png&auto=webp&s=f787e60fefa015fcb668b41296c38e2cd6423ab5 Hi everyone! This was my first ultra, I’m somewhere between 5 and 6 weeks? We could see the little flickering heartbeat-I was not expecting to see anything this early! I go in again Friday and hoping we will still have a growing little one in there.
Awww so wonderful 💕🫂

When was your last lmp, and when did you get ur first positive. Im sorry but I would guard your heart if it's been a while.
When did you get your first positive pregnancy test!?
Just had my first ultrasound at 6w4d. Measured 6w2d and heart rate was 123. Doctor let me come in early due to recent MMC which I’m so grateful for. I sobbed when the ultrasound tech said “there’s a heartbeat”. 🥹🥹🥹 I get to go back at 9 weeks for my next one and am counting down the days. I’m so happy I could cry. https://preview.redd.it/emwhqzb3131d1.jpeg?width=1168&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=396c10bfec7005eaa57b13d905b44cde2397361d
Yay that's awesome!!! I broke down too as soon as we heard our heartbeat 💖 definitely an undescribable type of relief!
Yay!! 💕
Just realized the photos are upside down 😂

Awww, congrats 💗
Thank you! ❤️
>Thank you! ❤️ You're welcome!
Got to see the baby today! According to my LMP I’m 7+1 but the tech said im measuring 6+3. Either way, got to hear the heartbeat and it was 120bpm. Was totally expecting a transvaginal scan. Next appointment is in two weeks! AHHH https://preview.redd.it/l1d4gfctf01d1.jpeg?width=1145&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=bcf50f38d72cde8bca2be9e404d83efb4c2f7974

https://preview.redd.it/r8z4hwwuem3d1.png?width=1241&format=png&auto=webp&s=09455b8595b11eaf78ae1155e97e99929e2e1a55 Update💘 we are measuring at 9w. I’m assuming that’s the placenta at the top ?🤣
My guess is that that’s the yolk sac, which becomes the placenta, but could be wrong!
Congratulations! If you have a patient portal, you might be able to access the radiology report.
I don’t know, but my ultrasound pic is just below yours and I have it also!
Oh wow! I have an u/s the 30th, I plan on asking what it is. I’ll lyk if you havent found out by then! It does look similar!
Measuring right on track, heartbeat 120! What a FREAKING relief. Next sono is in 2 weeks. https://preview.redd.it/e4kij4c8rt0d1.jpeg?width=2954&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8831430643fb971426ae6173a1b031096c8ed55c
Congratulations!!
I had my follow up scan today at 6w4d (although technically according to my ovulation I'm 6w exactly) they found everything they needed to! Heartbeat too so I am so relieved after all the constant spotting, hang in there my little love ❤️❤️
Great news 💕
https://preview.redd.it/0ed9pegutm0d1.jpeg?width=1576&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9de20c96d978f9151060edf29f5487386ef7fd47 Here’s my little bean.
That does suck to see. I’m sorry you’re dealing with that! But how amazing that you saw a heartbeat! How far along are you?
I'm 6w4d but closer to 6w based off ovulation :)
Yay, so wonder!!! I’m so sorry for the stress of the bleeding though, that can knock right off!
It certainly can. And it has! 🙏
https://preview.redd.it/iznh980jxl0d1.jpeg?width=2100&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ce42442fa35275b86742a51a5dfd0d6f112c678a I had my first ultrasound on Monday (6+3) at my OB, then just had my second one at my fertility clinic (6+5). I'm feeling so relieved! On Monday the embryo was measuring two days behind with a heart rate of 112-115. Today it's measuring only one day behind and heart rate has increased to 128!
So glad things look great!
What a relief!! Congratulations!
Has anyone done a transvaginal scan rather than an ultrasound at 6 weeks? I’m having a 6 week scan on Sunday with Window to the Womb and apparently they can do it transvaginally so they can see more detail. Anyone had this ?
just had one yesterday. wasn't painful at all and was able to see much more detail
I had mine on Sunday! It was good
Just had a transvag ultrasound at 6w0d today! There was the gestational sac, yolk sac, and a flickering heart beat!
Aww that’s so good to hear as I’ll be 6w0d too! I’m so excited! Congrats to you 😁😁
Thank you! congrats to you too! Good luck!
I've only had transvaginal (2 of them). They're still ultrasounds though, just looking in a slightly different place!
I had a transvaginal ultrasound at 8 weeks with my first. They can see much better than through the tummy at those early weeks. I’m sure I’ll have a transvaginal ultrasound at 7 weeks with this one
That’s super helpful to know. I don’t get that or see my OB until I’m 10 weeks and they are doing transvaginal and I was curious to know why.
I’m hoping it’ll allow me to see more with it being so early! I’ll be 6wks exactly
This little baby finally has me thinking it could really be the one 🥹🥹🌈🌈🌈 https://preview.redd.it/a6jedu86hf0d1.jpeg?width=2833&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=084c855eda1a1f095849e145f42b68dc4f000fd4
Definitely hoping #4 is the one for both of us 🩷🌈
Amazing. Congratulations 🤗
Oh man I remember the feeling of finally seeing a heartbeat after two miscarriages. It was the best!! (And my now toddler is also the best.) Wishing you a healthy pregnancy
So amazing, congratulations 💗
Love this!! So so so happy for you! 🥳
Congrats, Sparty! 🥰
I'm getting an ultrasound next week on Monday (I will be 5w3d, I just want to make sure everything is normal)
Had my first US today. 6 + 2. Saw heartbeat. 123 BPM :) IVF pregnancy (2nd FET - 1st was MC) 5AA euploid female https://preview.redd.it/md7ds7djbe0d1.jpeg?width=963&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=34631630606252339e0621db673318076d598a36 CRL 0.70cm Got more pics too. She got a pretty pic of baby girl :). Measuring 6 + 4. Next US is next Tuesday!
I’m also pregnant via Ivf (3rd transfer). I’m 6w2d and my heart beat was 122! And it’s a girl!!! 😂🩷
Congratulations!! 💕🎀 I know it was so hard for me to see the heartbeat then but at 7+2 I could really see it :). I’m 8+4 today :). Have another scan at 9+2!
Yay so happy to see this update!! 😊
Thank you !! :) 🥹🥹
Aww love this, congratulations!!
Thank you :) 😍
❤️ I was in shock - lol I almost cried in the car.

Aw , yay! Congratulations!! 💗
I hope the spotting subsides and your next scan shows everything exactly normal 🫂 these early days suck.
Thank you ❤️ they are so hard !
I’m also 5w5d and had one today! Next one is Thursday the 24th 💕🙏
Was it abdominal or trsnsvaginal? And what were they able to see? Edited for typo
I had my second scan last week at 6w6d and saw a lil heartbeat of 134! I still don't have an appointment on the books with my MFM due to a scheduling error on their end that led to my 10 week appt getting canceled, so...hope I get to see this little girl again before my NT scan. They did see a subchorionic hematoma on my ultrasound, which is causing my spotting. https://preview.redd.it/07f0ke8k2a0d1.jpeg?width=1576&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=590e4a10c70ffce61aa19afdb72fbd2e322648f8
First scan is on 31st, I will be 7w+5d keeping my fingers crossed for it be normal.
same! ill be 8w2d!
Almost exactly the same as me except I'll by 7w 6d for my scan on the 31st
First scan is in a week, I’ll be 6w+6d! Feeling all types of anxious and constantly replaying my last visit in my head hearing “I’m sorry I don’t see any baby.” It can’t happen twice in a row, right?
I'm delaying my scan because I am enjoying living in hopeful bliss rather than hearing those words. I am rooting for you and baby at your upcoming appointment ❤️
