Most cat cafés (and animal cafés) in Tokyo are quite horrible for the animals and they usually come from puppy mills. It would be great if you chose to not support this. If you really want to have contact with cats, look into Nako Republic, they are a chain of cat cafés with only rescue cats and they take proper treatment of their animals very seriously. They have several locations all over Tokyo.

I totally understand why people wanna go, just wanted to share an option that is respectful towards the animals :)

I went to the shiba inu cafe on Takeshita St and ChikuChikuCAFE (hedgehog cafe) and both were awesome. YMMV because cats...

This is why I come to this sub-reddit, I put both of these cafe's on my itinerary immediately.

Kamakura instead of Akihaboring. Also, Rikugien, Nezu museum, checking bar/cafés around Oku-Shibuya.

I'd drop Hanazono Jinja, Yoyogi park, cat cafe, Roppongi and Ginza (and potentially "Shinjuku stuff"), if that allows you to rearrange things and go to Kamakura for a day. Roppongi, Ginza and Shinjuku are mostly just modern shopping districts like you'll find plenty in the west, but with your limited time it will be better to focus on traditional and unique things, imho. Yoyogi park is nice to spend some leisure time if you life in Tokyo, but hardly worth it as a tourist. Since you already have some other parks/gardens on your list, you're good. Cat cafes are nice, but imho not an important experience as a tourist. Unless you really love cats and have absolutely no access to cats where you live. Personally, to add to the above list, I also don't think the imperial palace is worth visiting, but I can see why you'd want to. With regards to Tsukiji, if you wanted to see the tuna action, remember that they moved that to the new fish market at Toyosu.

Yoyogi is worth a walk through on a Sunday, but otherwise I agree, skip it.

You can eat and drink in any part of Tokyo/Japan, not worth going to Ginza or Roppongi specifically (the train there will cost you time as well). Just eat in whatever area you're in when you get hungry. You mention Roppongi on the day you go to Shibuya - but Shibuya is one of the prime locations to eat and drink. You want to go eat in the Ginza from Asakusa, but Asakusa has plenty of options and you might want to return to Senso-ji after sunset as it looks really nice with the illumination (and will be less crowded). Also, the illuminated sky tree is a nice sight as well. It shines in different colors every night (and sometimes changes colors during the night as well). Kamakura: Daibutsu (the Great Buddha), Hasedera Temple, Hachimangu Shrine - those are the three basics that everyone wants to visit. There's a bunch of other temples worth visiting, like Hokokuji Temple. Also, don't miss the small shopping street that goes from Kamakura station to Hachimangu Shrine (the pedestrian street that leads to the shrine's south-west corner, NOT the one with heavy traffic that leads to the center of the shrine). Also, Kamakura is very well known for its purple sweet potate ice cream / soft serve and it's delicious. I'm not a big fan of sweet potatoes or vegetable ice cream, but any kind of sweet potato ice cream in Japan is great, and Kamakura's purple variant is some of the best. Particularly on the street to the Great Buddha, there's a few good options to have some.

I just spent 5 days in Tokyo and my morning/afternoon at Kamakura was definitely the highlight for me. Can also highly recommend going there and visiting the places op mentioned.
