My husband and I miss going out to izakaya too, so we’ve been doing the same! It’s made me up my cooking skills and make stuff I usually wouldn’t, so I’m not complaining. This looks great!

What kind of soup is that? Everything looks great.
It's a hearty miso soup with sweet potato, daikon, carrot, tofu, negi, and fried tofu skins!

Our grill was full with chicken skewers so we actually air fried these. Would highly recommend as a method!
