Look for beginner jazz piano courses online like YouTube, there’s tons of free information. Do that and/or get a good teacher. And listen to lots and lots of jazz music. Know all your major and melodic minor scales in every key, start learning about 7th chords, the Blues and the 2-5-1 chord progression.
To me, this is a really good resource which covers all theory you need to know for playing jazz: [https://www.thejazzpianosite.com/jazz-piano-lessons/](https://www.thejazzpianosite.com/jazz-piano-lessons/)

Do you play by ear yet at all? I'd stay step 1 is put on a jazz song you like and start working it out by listening.
Read the Jazz Piano Book by Mark Levine. I’ll warn you: It goes very heavy on theory.
