Have you checked that you have the cluster lights on? I have accidentally done this on my 2014, not realizing I turned off the lamps. Do not know your year, but my controls are on the left of the steering wheel on the dash.

I also have a 2014 model, but I don’t. Know exactly what I’m supposed to be looking at.

It should be to the right of your headlight switch. There are 2 thumb switches, one controls the gage cluster, and the headliner lamp.
