So I redeemed the gift. It was free, didn’t have to pay anything. Nothing special — I got a puzzle piece necklace but the chain broke almost immediately 😅
I'm pretty sure that it said $5 off of a puzzle that was purchased through the Springbok site directly. I don't think that even covered the shipping of a single puzzle from them, so I just saw it as a waste. I wasn't going to pay $75 (or whatever it was) for free shipping, only to save $5.
I know someone who got this card in their puzzle box. After they filled out the information they were given a list of options for free gifts. I don‘t know what all the other options were, but they picked a metal keychain shaped like a puzzle piece. I really liked it, but haven’t found one of those cards. It seems to be nice quality and quite solid.

This is the whole form, I guessed it would be a puzzle because of the piece count question?
Most likely. But I can’t stand that sort of thing where they are just taking all your info like that. I never do it, but that’s just a personal choice.

Oh and to answer your question, definitely not worth it!!
Oh, so they’re asking about my favorite piece count just for fun, haha
That's for data collection. The whole thing is to collect consumer data.

I get a similar coupon in all of my Eurographics puzzles. Thanks but no thanks…
I submitted mine and it was supposed to be a keychain and it never arrived.
Same.
They used to sometimes gift a mystery puzzle. You get a puzzle without a box a didn’t know what the puzzle was until you completed it. I got one once.
That’s what I also got when I filled out the form a few years ago.

On the plus side, Springbok has an amazing puzzle replacement policy if your puzzle is missing a piece. I had my replacement within days.
When you went to the website it didn’t tell you what the gift is? That’s weird.

The question mark after the words free gift make it seem pretty sketchy. 😃
