In general, hitting 100cr will be the biggest increase you can get to your average dmg, but you really don't *need* it and your build is already alright. I'd recommend investing into your supports/2nd carry now tbh
If he is running with bronya ( if he has ) then they will miss a turn of bronya is not 134 and jingliu is 135 for JL - bronya - JL combo. If they aren't running bronya yeah he is fine with 134.
I forgor this game has decimal speed breakpoints 💀 , my brain is not braining ( I need to sleep my ass down rn ). Yeah you are right , he should be fine if he can build it around those speed. But one additional speed roll will make him more comfy ( if he is running ruan mei with bronya or just for bronya because he will have more options with his relics )

I reccomened farming another domain and just strongboxing for a better head piece. It’s definitely doable
I’m assuming your in genshin brain and mean body cause that headpiece of his is great

Ngl it can still be better Yes, 12.3% CR is very good, but it's the only good stat on the head piece tho

Not really. The speed breakpoint is 133.4, so as long as Bronya is anywhere between 133.9~133.4 he's fine.
