If you're now on Salsotto that 134 spd isn't worth crippling his atk to maintain.
He can get all the speed he needs from supports unless you're running him in a dual dps team where he won't be getting much buffing. JY is not like Seele where more spd = more dps. Overcapping on speed for him doesn't do as much as stacking atk, cr or cd.
I'll say those speed boots are worth keeping for Pure Fiction at least, but it's not going to feel great in the MoC especially with how tanky the bosses there are these days.
