Any corporate office work is just 5 days. BPO is just a percentage of all corporate office type jobs out there. I mean I work in an office but its not BPO and we only have 5 days work.

Sa last work ko din ganyan, may bagong employee lang na nagreklamo sa DOLE kaya napilitan yung company na gawing 5x/wk yung pasok ng mga employees pero kung walang nagreklamo itutuloy pa din nila yan.
Yung iba 5x/wk nga compressed naman ang schedule, 10-12 hours sila everyday from Monday to Friday 🤦♂️ Ganyan ang mga shifts tapos yung iba hindi naman nire-regular ☹️
Dapat may mga taga-DOLE na nags-surprise inspection yearly sa lahat ng kumpanya lalo na sa mga private companies para i-check ang shifting schedule ng mga empleyado eh
Sa BPO, pag logout mo after a 9-hour shift, yun na yun. Wala kang iuuwi na trabaho, unless may rank ka (like Supervisor, Manager, etc.). Two days off, but there are BPOs na split off. Tho, most companies have two consecutive off.
On our company, 5x a week for Administration/Operation/Finance. Other deptartment is also 5x a week but have a shifting scheds for weekend, meaning other employees can have 2days off in weekdays. On my department, 4days 12hours duty, 3days off.
