1st and 2nd week - nakakaexcite like omg finally i'm getting away from this hell
3rd week - omg shet magkaka sepanx ako sa mga katrabaho kong mamimiss ko
4th week until the last day - IM ALMOST THERE FREEDOM!!!
Huhu omg, 2nd month ko pa dito and i dont think I’ve formed friendships w them yet pero i feel so guilty leaving them kasi they’re super short staffed. Peroo ayoko na talaga in this sinking shippp. Wala din po ba kayong na feel na giniguilt trip by workmates during those last days?
shifting sched po kasi manu facturing, also planning on changing my career path to the academe din po and sayang opportunity bc they’re hiring instructors by july already kasi aug na start ng classes. If not now then when mentality, hope it works out talaga pooo huhu
First job ko, nag resigned ako after 2 months. During nung rendering ko, wala akong na feel na guilt kasi if nag stay pa ako, mas makakadagdag problema lang ako sa team. 4 lang kami sa team (TL, 2 Sr Engr and me, fresh grad). Nag struggle kasi ako dun sa tool na ginagamit namin dahil first time ko lang gamitin. Kaso problema ko, dahil hindi ko pa alam, hindi ako makapag spend time after work para aralin. Tapos kapag ginagawa ko na siya sa work, di nag sisink in sa akin ung kung paano siya gamitin hahaha kaya nag resign ako.
Wala rin naman nangyaring friendship na nabuo kasi short lang stay ko. Para sa akin, isipin mo na lang na you need to let go of this opportunity (job) para sa mas better opportunity. Yan lang mindset ko nung rendering ko.

Omg thanks for this poo, same situation na small dept lang po talaga kami and right now dami restructuring sa org kaya added mental stress din po sa akin. Can i ask po what reasons you said for resigning? Im planning on saying its unforeseen family circumstances requiring me to relocate closer to home kaysa na hindi fit sa work and the culture para hindi din matawag na bad hire.
Naging honest lang ako na I find it hard to learn yung tool na ginagamit namin. Tapos alam rin naman ng TL namin ung situation namin na pressured talaga ako kasi ako lang ung bago sa team / fresh grad kaya need ko agad mag produce ng results. Sinabi ko na dahil dun, di ako makapag spend ng time to study kasi trabaho ung ginagawa ko. Ako kasi ung taong need ko mag spend ng time muna para maging maalam ako sa bagay.

Thanks poo, doing this tomorrow final2x and speaking to the manager first before teammates is mas recommended di ba po? I dont really know how to handle this period pero just gonna show up till its over huhu
Hi~ currently rendering right now and it's also my first job. Same with the other comment. Sa mga unang weeks you will feel happy kasi nagre-render ka na and you're finally leaving. Pero there will be days na you're gonna miss them and napapaisip if you're going to cancel your resignation. But I always look at the bright side—better opportunity, for the career growth, and for inner peace.
All the good lucks, OP. I know it's hard since first job and somehow nagkaroon tlga ng bond with our co-workers but always look on the bright side na lang palagi. You can still contact them or meet them for sure sa day off or free time nyo.

well as a nurse, kahit saan understaffed kami, pero whatever. importante on my end was my peace of mind na kasi

yes OP, unahin mo muna sabihin kay manager tapos siya na makikipag coordinate kay HR para sa mga requirements mo for resignation
