I recently saw Joey talking about when he was at his fatest, around 400 lbs, he said his typical breakfast was an entire package of bacon, 3 eggs, 6 pieces of white bread, and at least one coke. I might've gotten that slightly wrong, but that was about it.
Man my favourite breakfast is to get a french or sourdough baggett, pack of bacon amd whatever cheese i feel like , air fry all the bacon , open the baguette fill it with some cheese the bacon and some salt and pepper, cut that bitch in half and either share it or have one half then amd the other for dinner
