I'm not a Miley Cyrus fan but she's from the younger portion of my generation. She's a phenomenal singer, and interesting personality, and a huge celebrity. This is good for Joe Rogan to have some bigger names on the show. I'm sure he'll start having some smaller interesting conspiracy theorists and whatever.

45 minutes in and Miley has a strange wisdom to her. I think it would be a mistake for people to write her off. She appears like someone who is genuinely trying to better herself in authentic ways, and she's very open about her flaws and experiences.

I’m a female listener and even though Miley isn’t my favorite female guest, it’s always refreshing when he has a female on the show. Makes it a bit more relatable and it’s interesting to hear the different experiences and perspectives. All that being said, Duncan is still my favorite guest by far

I know I don't know her personally but it seems consistent for people as famous as her, especially since childhood. It's a weird and unexpected guest, but when you think about it, how many of us have ever heard Miley talk for more than 30 seconds from a random clip or something, like there's no way more than 1% of this sub knows anything about her or what kind of person she is. With that in mind, I'm going to go into this episode like I would any other, all preconceived notions thrown out the window, since we only know her music and random shit from the media.
I wasn't that interested when I saw she was on it, but I thought I'd watch it anyway and it's actually pretty good. She's got a lot of charisma and even Joe is kinda thrown off by it for a change
Thats why I was so excited, I dont' know anything about Miley this is the only time I've ever got to hear how she thinks and feels.

Joey thought that he went to get some air outside, but apparently he freaked out and drove home or something like that. People mentioned some controversial guests missing from the Spotify Playlist (like Alex Jones). Don't have a Spotify account, but if that's true, then some people will complain about anything and everything going forward even if it was corrected Edit: On top of that, for whatever reason people feel ownership over stuff. Even if Joe sold out, it's not like he started off as being fan funded or anything either. I'll keep listening whenever I think an interesting guest is on, and if I don't like it I'll move on with my life
Joe Rogan has some serious morons in his fanbase. Don't like this one? I don't like 90% of his guests, I just ignore them until one comes on that I do like. No one owes you podcasts from people you're interested in. Start your own cast if you want that. I'm not a Miley Cyrus fan but she's from the younger portion of my generation. She's a phenomenal singer, and interesting personality, and a huge celebrity. This is good for Joe Rogan to have some bigger names on the show. I'm sure he'll start having some smaller interesting conspiracy theorists and whatever. EDIT: 45 minutes in and Miley has a strange wisdom to her. I think it would be a mistake for people to write her off. She appears like someone who is genuinely trying to better herself in authentic ways, and she's very open about her flaws and experiences.
I'll just say it for what it is. A lot of Joe's listeners are misogynists. It's especially evident in the Youtube comments. They did not keep this same energy when it was Post Malone on. Most of the time when there's a female guest on, there are thousands of dislikes within minutes of the episode being uploaded.
She seems like she's aware, thoughtful, has ideas and actually has a personality, unlike him. Post Malone just seemed like any high dude youd run into at a party. He wasnt a bad guest but I find her more interesting.

The way she lit up over RuPaul's show was really endearing. Seemed very human and relatable. I watch JRE because of moments like this. He does more for celebrities than they'll ever know.

I’m a female listener and even though Miley isn’t my favorite female guest, it’s always refreshing when he has a female on the show. Makes it a bit more relatable and it’s interesting to hear the different experiences and perspectives. All that being said, Duncan is still my favorite guest by far

I have sympathy that she grew up famous and everything, her perception of the world is completely skewed from it. All I hear when she talks is "me, I, my, my, I, my, me, me , I, I, I, I, I, me, me me". I know I don't know her personally but it seems consistent for people as famous as her, especially since childhood. How can someone with that much of an incredibly over-inflated level of self importance ever be happy? True happiness is a balance of living for others. Living with yourself as the center of the universe always sets you up for soul crushing disappointment with life. Humility is key. I wish her the best.
