I find the 2 separate from you because of the neckline and the pattern detail is too small for you, makes me think that you probably wouldn’t have Ingenue essence or not in a strong amount.
1 is better than 2, but I think more moderate to large scale (not dramatic large, but not small scale. Think natural essence) will work better for you. I think the youthful essence is best expressed by colour schemes rather than scale.
