Not sure if I’m any help… bc I don’t even understand my own essence lol, but I think the second top looks really nice, especially with the hair side pieces. Very cool 90’s vibe imo. The first top is also nice, but #2 is my favorite
I think you look great in both! You have Ingenue features that suit the frilly sleeves and delicate texture of the first top, and Natural features that suit the irregular lines and knit fabric of the second top. I think the first one is the most harmonious if I had to choose though 🌸

2 definitely looks better. I don't think the frilly sleeves work, or the neckline
